Reebok U-Form+ Technology

8 Comments | Fashion

When I got home from New York, new workout clothes and shoes were waiting at me at the post office. Could the timing have been more perfect? I think not! After a week long food fest in the city, I was determined to start working out again once I came home. There’s nothing more motivating than new workout gear, so this couldn’t have come at a better time

This shoe is so fascinating to me, it has new technology which I had never heard of, but already love so much. I always struggle with trainers as they never fit perfectly, but that problem is solved if you only add a hair dryer to the equation. Yes, you read correctly, a hair dryer!

As you can see, there’s two simple steps to making these shoes perfectly form fitted to your feet. Heat – form – and they’re fit. You start by holding a hair dryer about 10cm over the shoes for about two minutes. When the U-Form label in the back of the shoe turns red they’re ready, and you will notice that the soles are much softer. Then you put them on (a bit tightly), and let them adjust to your feet. Then you’re done!! You can see a video of how to perform this magic here. You only need to do this once, but you can do it several times is you’re not completely satisfied with the first result. The sole is so soft and give great support and flexibility.

Isn’t this amazing? Now I have tons of workout inspiration, and I’m ready to get to it! Especially as I got new clothes as well.

As you know I do a lot of power walking and hiking, and these shoes are perfect for that. They’re also great for light jogging and for different classes at the gym, plus of course great to wear in the daily life.

The shoes can be found exclusively at Intersport.
