It’s been a while since I posted random facts here on the blog, and I got the impression that you like them, so here we go again :)

– My favorite song will always be Adele – Rolling In The Deep. You know when a certain song or smell etc. remind you of a certain feeling? I was listening to Adele all summer long in New York, and it just brings back fantastic memories. Walking at night along the Hudson River, looking at all the cool buildings and thinking to myself how incredibly cool things turned out for me. . At the room with my Florida bestie Lisa, gossiping and drinking diet coke from straws all day.. Walking down 5th avenue and looking at all the rich people with cat woman faces from all the surgery.. Every time I hear that song I giggle and smile, haha.

– I usually don’t like watching movies, because I find so many of them so brain dead. I simply can’t stand to watch all these Hollywood action movies with lots of blood and shooting. But when I finally find a movie I like, I can watch it over and over again. My faves that I’ve seen lately are ‘My Week With Marilyn‘ and ‘Hugo‘, such cute films!

– I’ve been in meetings with producers from E! Entertainment regarding a reality show with bloggers. It didn’t happen though, which was just as well, as all the scripted scenes, drama and just being on TV almost made me pee my pants (skirt).

– I love it when you girls who read my blog come up and say hi to me when I’m out! It almost only happens out at clubs, haha, but I always think it’s so fun!! Remember, I see how many thousands of girls who read my blog every day, but I have no idea who you guys are! Of course I want to know who I’m “speaking with” :) I’ve gotten a lot of comments from people who saw me out, but didn’t dare to say hi. I of course understand, I would probably feel somewhat silly myself, but seriously, I don’t bite! You’ll probably get a big hug, and I’ll probably drag you along to meet all my friends haha.

– I’m beyond addicted to crisp breads! I eat them all the time, for every meal besides dinner. I just think it’s so yummy, I even brought them with me to New York and ate them for breakfast every day. I usually just put a bit of Brelett on, but last night I put on my crazy pants and ate them with Philadelphia light, smoked turkey, salad and tomatoes, accompanied with white wine. Haha, sounds weird. Also, I almost never eat candy.. About a year ago I completely lost my sweet tooth, and ice cream, candy, cakes and stuff make me sick to my stomach. Too sweet! I used to buy at least one chocolate every day, and now I can’t even remember the last time I bought one. That’s a pretty good change, come to think about it..

– I always giggle when I see boys out who have gone through such an effort to look like Chuck Bass!! I mean, the bows, the plaid shirts, the suspenders (bukseseler), yellow socks ++. Am I the only one who thinks the most sexy a man can wear is a casual white shirt and some slim fit jeans?

    Lets be honest, Chuck Bass is only sexy because he is Chuck Bass;)

  17. But the guys say the same thing about girl.
    They think it’s sexier when girls are casual and comfortable also and not like the girl that wears all kinds of crap that looks horrible just beacuse it is ‘in’…

  18. Herlig innlegg!! Jeg elsker stilen til Chuck Bass, og væremåten hans (5 sesong), men helt enig med deg, ville nok fnist litt hvis jeg ser en Chuck-imitasjon, nettopp fordi man vanligvis ikke går sånn i virkeligheten. Det er jo i grunn bare film!

  19. Hadde jeg sett deg en gang, så tror jeg bare jeg måtte svelget stoltheten og kommet og hilst på deg. Har fulgt med siden du startet bloggen nå, så føler jeg “kjenner” deg.. :p Menn i enkel, hvit tskjorte og slimfit jeans er hot. Men… Dèt er Chuck Bass også!! :)

  20. haha, ja du har vel et poeng når det gjelder norske gutter som gjør et dårlig forsøk på å gjøre noe kun Chuck Bass av alle klarer.. men alle kan innrømme at på GG ser han helt umenneskelig sexy ut!!!

  21. Elsker disse innleggene Cath! Hadde jeg sett deg hadde jeg garantert hilst på deg og trolig klemt deg ned. Haha. Jeg er også enig angående dette med hvordan gutter kler seg! Selv om jeg synes Chuck Bass er hot også. Men det finnes bare én Chuck Bass! Og så deilig det må være å ikke ha lyst på så mye søtt lenger :D Jeg har perioder hvor jeg ikke orker tanken, mens andre perioder hvor jeg kan kjøpe en liten ting hver dag :-P Fortsett med disse innleggene :-)

  23. Hei! Ville bare anbefale filmen 50/50, leide den idag og den var både morsom og trist/rørende. Må sees! Og såklart The help, som jeg så nylig, men den har du sikkert allerede sett =).

  26. Cath, I can’t even begin to tell you how much I loved this post. I enjoy reading your blog because it conveys so clear and fresh but with a little bit of sparkle making it interesting (if that makes any sense..haha). But these little random thoughts and statements just make it so much more personable. I have yet to see the two films you’ve mentioned and sometimes those gorgy, stereotypical Hollywood films are good when your in the mood for something scary, but I completely agree with how they lack being authentic. If you ever get the chance, I highly highly highly recommend the film “Life is Beautiful”. It’s an Italian film from 1997, but so captivating. I think you’d enjoy it greatly.

  28. Så 50/50 for litt siden, likte den ikke såå godt! Haha jeg er så utroolig skeptisk til filmer. Den var søt liksom, men jeg hang meg opp i så mange detaljer. Jeg er umulig.. The Help har jeg ikke sett enda, den må jeg se! :)

    Seriously, did u just say that…?:p du kan jo ærlig talt ikke skjære alle over en kam, det et utrolig mye mer i film enn “Hollywood action movies” som du kaller det. De som mener det har tydeligvis ikke peiling på film..
    Norsk film feks har jo kommet seg veldig.

  36. Mannfolk er finest med jeans og skinnjakke. Kan ikke forstå hvorfor noen av de tør å prøve seg på stilen til C.B. engang. Den er sexy på han, men INGEN andre på hele planeten kommer noen gang til å få det til å funke. ;)

  42. Det er magisk hvordan en sang kan vekke alle følelsene fra en annen gang man har hørt den. Kan være veldig bra, men kan også være veldig trist. Åh, jeg elsker bloggen din – elsker at du legger så mye av deg i den ! Har du forresten sett Le Fabuleux Destin d’Amélie Poulain? Hvis ikke – den må du nesten se ;)
