I thought I’d share a super good little meal with you. You need “vaniljekesam”, peaches and a banana. You can of course add everything you want, like purple grapes. Mmmm.

So anyway. Just mix this in a bowl, and eat. Super yummy and low on calories : )

Soon I’ll show you my latest wardrobe addition. It’s shock pink. Stay tuned lovies :*

    Mmm, det så utrolig godt ut!! Men jeg tror nok jeg prøver med andre frukter enn med hermetisk frukt, fordi det er veldig mye sukker i!

    Ja det er sant, men ferskenen var bare 67kcal per 100gram, og var litt over 400gram i pakken, og da er jo masse av det bare sukkerlake.. Så fant ut at det ikke kan ha vært så aalt for gale : )

    Nam! :)

    Jeg elsker å spise vaniljekesam med kiwi og jordbær :D Et veldig bra alternativ til mellommåltid :)

    Hvis man har i cottage cheese, slik at det blir 50/50 med vaniljekesam og cottagecheese, så blir det i tillegg en del proteiner :) Bra og godt rett etter en treningsøkt :)
