Okay ladies, you simply have to try this!! Soo yummy!!! Not to brag of course (haha), but it tasted like something I could be served in a restaurant! I made a pesto salad for me and my boyfriend, this is what you need;


Pine nuts, feta cheese (everything`s betta with feta), a pesto oil dressing, cherry tomatoes, pasta penne, red onions, arugula and chicken filet. What you do is completely idiot proof, just boil the pasta and slice the chicken. Cook the chicken while you wash and cut up your veggies, mix everything together in a bowl, add the pesto dressing and your dunzo! Took me like 10 minutes.

Sooooo gooood!!!! It`s probably pretty high in calories, but it`s from good fats, so I guess it`s cool. Good fats are good for you :)

    Åhh nam så kjempe godt ut :)

    Noe jeg liker veldig godt er stekt bacon, løk og sjampinjong med spinat, kokt penne pasta og, rista pinnekjerner og pesto over. Det er kjeeempe godt og godt varmt og kaldt! Kanskje ikke det sunneste da…

    Den må jeg prøve en gang! en gang jeg har kommet hjem og ikke må betale for maten min selv, for pinnekjerner er faktisk dyrt her i London og haha

    Det så veldig godt ut, men jeg liker virkelig ikke pesto.. Er heller ikke så glad i kylling og pastasalat. Hehe, litt sær må man få være :) men godt så det ut!!

    Hvorfor ikke prøve fullkornspasta neste gang? :) Jeg pleier å spise akkurat det samme, minus tomatene og med fullkornspasta. :) Ps, er hovedsaklig pestoen som gjør den usunn.

    Det går selvfølgelig også an :) Får prøve det en annen gang :) Det er jo ikke akkuat “usunt”, det er masse bra fett som smører kroppen :) Så får man fin hud og fint hår :D
