Yellow Roses

Now that the sun has been missing from Bergen for what feels like months, I had no choice but to fill up the house with yellow roses. They don’t quite substitute the sun, but at least they make me smile. Fresh roses are one of those small luxuries I like to treat myself to, they’re so pretty!

Right now my boyfriend invited me out for a run, and I told him I’d give him my final answer after finishing this blogpost. He’s such a good runner, and I’m, well, not.. I prefer running by myself so no one can see how many walking breaks I take, haha. I guess running with my man will give me an extra push, which is good, even though I’ll probably be breathing like I’d been smoking for 200 years afterwards. I guess I should say yes to his invitation, right? Wish me luck girls♥

That’s kind of how I got into running – went with new co-workers at a new job and I didn’t want to look bad so I didn’t dare stop you know? :D So 5 km later I realized not only did I not die, but it was sort fun as well, and now next spring I’m doing my first half-marathon! Just keep at it :)
