Hi loves♥ Are you guys enjoying Christmas day so far? I’ve had such a fantastic day, and I can’t wait for the evening. My boyfriend and I started with a simple breakfast for two, while watching Cinderella and munching on sweets.. Yum! That’s another thing I love about Christmas, guilt-free candy for breakfast!

We opened each other’s gifts this morning as we’ll be with our families tonight. I had told him that I wanted two things for Christmas; A Christmas stocking and the HONY book (Remember the post I did about HONY here? He now has a book out!). I had totally forgotten about both of the wishes, as he asked me about them months ago. When I opened the gift with the book I was moved to tears, haha, I was so surprised that he remembered. I can’t wait to read it!

In the stocking was candy and a bunch of magazines – travel magazines that is. “Pick anywhere in the world you want to go, and I’ll take you there as your Christmas present” he said.. I have no words..

I’m thrilled!! I have the best boyfriend, he knows me so well! He knows that I appreciate experiences more than materialistic things, but this was way too much!! I of course started flipping through the magazines immediately to find our destination. On one hand I’d love to explore the Caribbean, especially Jamaica, but I’ve also always wanted to check out LA and California. No matter where we go I know it will be unforgettable. I find travels to be the most romanatic bonding experience, there’s something very special about exploring a whole new part of the world with the one you love, and have lots of boyfriend-girlfriend time..

After gift opening it was time for porridge with the family, visiting my grandparent’s grave and then church. I love those traditions!

Now I’m off again to spend the rest of the day and night with my family. I hope you’re all having a great day! My heart goes out to everyone who are having a hard time today, you’re in my thoughts♥
