For today’s workout, I decided to try a hula hoop. It was such a fun workout method! I downloaded two episodes of “Kourtney and Kim Take New York”, and suddenly I had been hula hooping for an hour almost without noticing it! After that I went for a 7km run.. So I’m sort of beat now! Anyways, my tips was.. Download something fun, and workout to it!! The time will go by so much faster : )

Great tip, I tried to exercise to 2 and a 1/2 men, but I ended up on the sofa at then end

kuuuult :D Jeg har også rocket i dag. Men hadde ikke nå episode da, gjorde det bare ut fra eget hode. Hvis det er første gangen: gled deg til i morgen!!;) Jeg begynte i forrige uke jeg. Hvor tung er ringen din og hvor lastet du ned fra?:)
