A healthier pizza ♥

You need: Tortillas, ground beef, tomato sauce, cheese, avocado, sour cream or pizza dressing, arugula

Du trenger: Speltlomper, kjøttdeig, pizzasaus, revet ost, avokado, rømme eller rømmedressing, ruccola

Hi lovies! It’s time for another food post, and today I thought I’d share the recipe for a healthier pizza. Pizza is one of my biggest joys in life, haha, and with just a few adjustments you can make it pretty good for you. In Norway we have something called «lompe» which I have no idea how to translate, but it’s like a thin tortilla. You’ll be fine using that!

All you need to do is put the tortillas in the oven for about 10 minutes to make them crispy. Cook the ground beef, and put tomato sauce, ground beef and lots of cheese on the crunchy tortilla. Put it back into the oven until the cheese has melted, and voila! Serve with sour cream dressing, cherry tomatoes, arugula and a simple guacamole made by crushed avocados, salt and pepper. Super easy, quick to make and not to mention super yummy♥

Hei søtinger! Nå syns jeg det var på tide med et nytt matinnlegg, og selv om dette ikke akkurat er en banebrytende oppskrift, tenkte jeg å dele den til dere som ønsker middagstips. Pizza er en av de største lidenskapene mine, haha, og med kun få justeringer kan du gjøre den litt sunnere og helt innafor i hverdagen.

Alt du trenger å gjøre er å steke speltlompene i ovnen i ca ti minutter til de blir sprø, og mens de er i ovnen steker du kjøttdeigen. Når lompene er ferdig har du pizzasaus, kjøttdeig og ost på dem, og tar de tilbake i ovnen til osten er smeltet. I mellomtiden lager du en enkel guacamole av moste avokadoer, salt og pepper. Server gjerne med ruccola, cherrytomater og rømme/rømmedressing! Enkelt, raskt, sunt og ikke minst latterlig godt♥
