Veggie Smoothie

So as you know I’m trying to shed a few, but at the same time become healthier over all. So I’m trying to eat lots of fruit and veggies. So do you remember this tips I gave you when I was in NY? I figured I’d try to make the same juice myself. Yummy and super healthy!

All it consists of is oranges, carrots, ice cubes, a little lemon juice and a little orange juice. I can imagine it’s super yummy to add apples too!

    Hei! Bare lurte på om du rasper opp gulrøttene først for å lage denne smoothien? Ødelagte min første blender da jeg puttet oppi en stor gulrot-bit.. hehe. Den så veldig frisk og god ut! Håper du får en fin helg :)
