Bonjour superstars! It’s a new week, it’s December, and it’s feeling gooood!! I love this time of the year so much, so I’m filled with positive energy today. I have a lot to do this week before leaving super early on Saturday, and first on the list is doing my accounting work from the last few months. It’s hands down the most boring thing I know, but it has to be done, bah. I’m also contemplating whether I should decorate for Christmas this week or not. When do you guys do it? After I get home from Spain I only have two days home before I’m off traveling again, so I think doing it this week is my best bet.
Before I get started on the accounting work I’m off for a long power walk. I haven’t hit the gym much lately, but I’ve become obsessed with power walks again. I wrap myself up in lots of knits, a beanie, a huge warm jacket and sneakers, turn on the top list on Spotify and just walk surrounded by gorgeous nature. My usual round is 10 km, which gives me lots of time to clear my head and ponder about things far away from attention distracters like the Internet, Instagram, my email and what-have-you. It’s like meditating!
