The Perfect Hungover Food

So judging on your comments and question you are very curious as to what I eat.. I really can’t understand the big interest there, but some of you email me and ask me if I can document every single calorie I put in my mouth during the day. Obviously I’m not gonna do that, but I thought I’d post some recipes when I make something delish? Like when I made sushi. So yesterday, when I was super hungover, I made salsa burgers for me an my man. It was soo good, but probably contains like 800-1000 kcal, so it shouldn’t be eaten too often..

It was super easy too. What you need is ground beef, nachos chips, hamburger bread, salsa sauce, sour cream, oinion and tomatoes + fries if you wish, but neither of us ate our fries as we we’re super full by the burgers..

Divide the meat into four sections and cook them over medium heat. Chop up onion and tomatoes. Fry the fries in the oven.  Apply salsa sauce and sour cream on the bread, as well as nacho chips, tomatoes and onions. When the meat and fries are done; throw it all together and voila; you have the perfect, delicious, super duper unhealthy hungover food : )

    Det så godt ut :) Og det er antageligvis sunnere enn å kjøpe seg en burger på et gatekjøkken. Men uansett synes jeg det er for tullette at man skal henge seg opp i alle kaloriene man får i seg i løpet av en dag, jenter har generelt et problem med mat og det er jo så dumt! Vi burde da ære oss å være fornøyd med den kroppen vi har og spise mat vi synes er god istedenfor å spise grønn salat bare fordi det skal være så sunt!

    Ja er egentlig enig, men når jeg skriver at man ikke bør spise det for ofte pga mange kalorier tenker jeg ikke på utseende, men på at det rett og slett ikke er bra for kroppen : ) Her er det jo ingenting “nyttig” utenom tomat+løk, og masse fett som kan skade kroppen.. Tette blodårer som kan føre til blodpropp vil vi ikke ha : )
