Good morning sunhines! We have a hectic day of shooting ahead of us, which is going to be so much fun. The only bummer is that I obviously can’t share the pictures with you yet, as they’re for Lagunen’s magazine, but hopefully I can post full outfit posts with them once the magazine is out in about a month’s time :)
Do you remember me mentioning an interview I did about New York, which came out last week? Other than the fun of shooting pretty clothes, two other things make me ecstatic today. Number one is that I’ve finally pulled my finger out of my ass (excuse my French), and ordered a new MacBook Pro. YAY!!! It’s seriously about time. I can’t wait to actually use a program for more than two minutes before I have to restart the computer and start again.
Number two is so FUN!! My sister is spending two months in Utah later this year to work on her master’s degree, and my parents and I just decided to go visit her! We’re not spending the whole vacation in Utah though, we’re doing a road trip from Las Vegas to different cool places in the US. I’ve always wanted to do a road trip in America, and now it will finally happen, YAY! We’ll visit Grand Canyon and a bunch of cool places, and of course spend a night or two in Las Vegas. I didn’t really think my first trip to Las Vegas would be with my parents, haha, but they’re awesome so I know we’ll have a blast. Hopefully my boyfriend can come too, I’m crossing my fingers that the trip won’t crash with his exams!
Now it’s time to get ‘the face’ on, while I’m smiling from ear to ear thinking about the trip. While we’re out shooting, I would love to hear some tips on places to visit during our road trip! Preferably not too far of a drive from Las Vegas, Grand Canyon or Utah. Anyone??♥

Hope you’re going to Las Vegas prior Nov, as we, i.e. my bf and I, will probably spend some days in Nov in the US. In this case I could take the advantage of having some good tips frm you! :)

Hei! Jeg lurte på en ting angående dine opphold i New York. Fant du sted å bo på egenhånd første gangen du dro dit alene? I så fall hvordan gikk du frem? Jeg skal på utveksling til New York til høsten og lurer på om jeg skal velge å bo på campus eller ta sjansen å finne meg et sted på egenhånd. Vet at du ikke har studert der borte men lurte likevel på om du hadde noen tips?
Er så glad i bloggen din, du er kjempe flink til å både skrive og ta bilder! virkelig inspirerende <3 stå på videre!
Hei! Dere må ta dere tur til Park City, nydelig liten by. Så bør dere reise til Moab ørkenen, utrolig nydelig og føltes litt mer og mindre turistaktig enn Grand Canyon :)
Wow, så utrolig gøy! Jeg og noen venner var på roadtrip i California og Nevada for noen år siden, og det var HELT fantastisk. Gled deg! Las Vegas er alt du innbiller deg at det er, en av de beste byene jeg har vært i! Et tips er å bo på Hotel Aria i Las Vegas, det er fantastisk flott og midt på the strip. Dessuten er det ganske nytt, så røyklukta sitter ikke i veggene og møblene som på mange andre hoteller der. :)
I can really recommend the grand canyon and hoover dam :) LA is about a 4 hr drive from vegas, but so worth it if you have the time! great resturants in vegas: tao (like the one in NY) and lavo (same owners as tao, but italian food). the best shopping is in caesar palace, marc by marc jabobs, a HUGE victorias secret etc :) las vegas premium outlet north (there’s also a south one, but it’s much smaller) is a HUGE (I think the biggest in California?) outlet with lots of brands with really great prices :)

Cool! I did a roadtrip with my boyfriend last year. It was so much fun. In the grand canyon I would definetely reccomend a hike on the bright angel trail (at least a part of it, the whole trail is a 2 day hike) and a helicopter flight. In vegas it’s just one big party (duh ;) ) we visit club Marquee ( with a beautiful rooftop pool) and club Hakkasan. Pricy but it was worth the money. A couple hours driving from Vegas is deathvalley. It’s one of the hottest and dryest places on earth. A mysterieus and beautiful area!! Have fun and keep up the good work with your blog. Så GØY da!! :D Jeg har ingen erfaring med å finne egne leiligheter. Jeg har hørt det er veldig vanskelig, og at man bør finne en eiendomsmegler til å lete for deg. Jeg bodde i en bygning Frelsesarmeen har der, The Markle. Helt ok for to måneder (absolutt ikke noe fancy, tror ikke de har pusset opp siden 1800-tallet haha), men jeg ville nok ikke bodd der i en lengre periode.

Vi er to vennepar som skal på roadtrip i USA til sommern så driver å undersøke nå hva vi vil se. Det mest spennende
er faktisk i Utah med Monument Valley, Arches park, Bryce park og Zion. Ellers har jeg veldig lyst til å se Yellowstone Park og Rockymountains. Har vært på to roadtrips tidligere og vil anbefale å kjøre nedover California kysten og New Mexico. Det er faktisk min favoritt stat, veldig spesiell natur og arkitektur. Likte spesielt Santa Fe og Tao. Her kan dere dra på spa, dra på kunstgalleri, og dra til Tao og rafte. For ikke å snakke om naturen. Sjelden vært så imponert, og jeg har reist mye:)

Antelope canyon er nydelig og såklart Monument Valley også! Det er litt kult å va vore på Four Corner Point også, altså fire stater samtidig :) ellers om dikka reiser litt meir mot California, så er Kings Canyon/Sequoia og Yosemite absolutt å anbefale. Death Valley er også ganske fint, øde og varmt! Eg har definitivt lyst til å besøke The Wave i Arizona ein gang, men har ikkje komt dit enda. Håper dikka får ein fantastisk tur, gleder meg til bilder! :) Las Vegas og Grand Canyon er fantastiske, så er ikkje tvil om at det blir bra!
