– Saturday morning brekkie –
Good morning lovelies! I just had the best breakfast that I just have to share with you. So simple, but oh-so yummy, and not to mention healthy; The avocado mash toast. All you do is toast some dark bread, mash up a big avocado with a fork and put it on the toasted bread. Drizzle on a little lemon juice and season with salt and a pepper mix, and you’re all set. This is definitely going to be my new go-to breakfast.
Other than that, I have the most relaxing weekend planned. What’s on my schedule? Absolutely nothing! And I couldn’t be happier. The stomac infection I told you about is draining me for energy, and since the rain is pouring down nonstop outside, I’m enjoying just hanging out in the house with a clean conscience. I’m trying to prepare mentally for switching over to complete school mode from Monday. These last few weeks I haven’t gotten a lot of school work done, and my plan has all along been that when I come home from London, it’s 100% focus on school until my exams. My toughest exam is December 3rd, which is seriously not too far away!
