Top + skirt: Zara // Glasses: Karl Lagerfeld/Specsavers

Posing in the mirror, that’s a good quality sign of a blog, right? Erm no.. You’ll just have to forgive me in my exam period, as it’s dark before I go to shcool and dark when I come home. I still wanted to show you today’s look though, and if it’s pics in the mirror; So be it! These two pieces came home with me from Zara, and I love them both! The pattern on the top is so perfect for fall, and the skirt is such a classic. Today was my last official class before the exams, but luckily there’s a few extra ones set up. Time flies so fast!! It feels like it was yesterday that I was asking you guys about advice about what to do with my life, hah. And suddenly I was a marketing student, and now suddenly I’m about to have my first exams in years. Even though it’s stressful, I find it really fun. My days get a whole other meaning when I spend my time learning about economics and marketing, rather than only focusing on the blog. So far I’m loving the student life, but if you ask me again the days before my exam, the answer might be completely different, hah.

Now it’s time for a movie night in, but I have a post coming up a little bit later, so be sure to check back in♥

Good morning sweetiepies! I’m off to school in a sec, and I got up a whoppin’ three hours before I had to, just to enjoy a long and relaxing morning like I tipsed you about in this post. I made a yummy breakfast and enjoyed it while reading through my favorite blogs with ‘Sex and The City’ on in the background. Heaven!! Now I have school until 5pm, and at the moment I’m trying to figure out which glasses I should bring to class. Which one is your favorite?

Sunday Studies

6 Comments | Everyday Life

Hi lovelies! This Sunday is all about studies for me. I feel so bad because lately I’ve had my focus so many other places than school, and that’s not good enough if I want to get good grades. All the trips to Oslo and other cities breaks all my routines, and when it comes to school and studying good routines are crucial. So even though I went out with the girls last night I headed home early in order to be a good student today. So proud of myself, hah.

I’ve been reading for a few hours now, and now it was time to take a little study break to say hi to you guys. I’ve been wearing my super chic reading glasses from Bruuns Bazar/Specsavers, which makes the reading so much easier for me. How cool is the pattern?! (sponsored)

Thank God for coffee!!

One of the things I love about reading at home in stead of reading at school is that I can wear my cozy socks, sit comfortably in the dining room couch, have access to unlimited amounts of coffee and have my little furball Bella laying right next to me. So cozy!

Now I’m off for a little powerwalk, the weather is so nice out today! Later it’s all about packing for London, as I leave super early tomorrow morning. When I come home I’ve decided to say no to all trips until after my exams, no matter how fun the trips are. I’m actually so excited for just being home! When I have long periods without traveling all I want to do is travel, but now I can’t wait to actually skip airports and just be home for more than a week at a time.

Have a lovely day you guys♥

Årets Brillemodell

6 Comments | Fashion

Hi lovelies! Sorry for the late update today, but I’ve had the worst day so far. As you know I started eating lowcarb again this week, and my body is so weird. I’m loosing so much water in my body, which leaves me feeling so dizzy and tired. That’s just the first week though, so it’s fine. But last night when my friend Annette was over for dinner, we of course ended up drinking lots of wine throughout the night while having the best time talking in the couch in our sweats. I was never drunk, but this morning when I woke up, I started throwing up so badly. It lasted for hours, and I was in no condition to blog, hah. Right now I feel much better. I’ve played with my nephiew, and I just did my friend Tonje’s makeup for a party she’s going to tonight. In a sec I’m off to spend the night with my family watching soccer and eating yummy food.

But anyway! I’ve totally forgotten to share pics from the super fun night out we had at the Årets Brillemodell finale in Oslo last week. I was there with my fellow Specsavers ambassadors and friends Ulrikke and Espen, and we had the best night. Kristina was greatly missed. This is how happy I was, I’m such a smileyface!

Siri Tollerød, who is the nicest girl, was a jury member, and she looked so stunning. Here’s the lucky winner, and I found out that he actually goes to the same school as me.

Espen is the biggest poser I know, haha! Funniest guy ever. We’re actually going to London together soon, I can’t wait!

Here you can see a little sneak peek of the result of the photoshoot we did a few weeks back. This picture will hang in Specsavers stores nationwide, yay!

After the finally party I really should’ve just gone home. But no, Espen and I ended up heading to ‘Blå’, and all I remember is me gangsta-dancing the night away in my high heels and Chanel, and seriously folks. I CAN’T DANCE!!! If you ever see me out dancing, for God’s sake tell me to stop, haha. I also had long conversations with a bunch of taggers, and pretended to be an expert. I just remember be going on and on about what a fantastic art form it was, and that I would love to buy their work. Hahaha, I blame it all on free alcohol…

Even though it was one of the most fun nights, I’m SO glad that I’m spending this Saturday night with my family just chilling. What are you guys up to tonight?♥

Oslo Snapshots

11 Comments | Fashion

Good morning lovelies! As you know I spent the day in Oslo yesterday, and I had such a fab day with the Specsavers team and lovely bloggers. I’m proud to announce that I’m one of Specsaver’s new ambassadors, and I’m so excited about this collaboration! I can’t even get over how different I look with glasses though. Like a secretary or a teacher, or something in between..

Haha, so different! How amazing are these glasses from Bruuns Bazar by the way? I was immediately drawn to them, and ordered them as reading glasses. So perfect for my new life as a student!

We spent most of the day at Grand Hotel learning more about Specsavers and what they do, which was super interesting. I especially loved learning about all the charities they’re doing, and I can’t wait to get involved! In addition to that, we learned tons about different face shapes, colors etc. And ate lots of yummy food!

With the super sweet Kristina and Espen while trying on glasses, they are also new Specsavers ambassadors. Such lovely people, I had so much fun with them!

YUMS!

Yesterday was more of an introduction day for the collaboration, and we started a fun project that I can’t wait to tell you about. We also made so many fun plans for this fall, I’m so excited about everything! The chance to get involved in their charities, working as a stylist for them at events and so many other things are in the cards for us, FUN!

I’ll be back in Oslo to work on our first project in two weeks, which is going to be so much fun. I do, however, really think I need to sit down and make a plan on how to divide my time between work, school and play. The next month I have three trips to Oslo and possibly one trip to Sweden coming up, and on Tuesday school starts and I really want to get off to a good start. In addition to that, downtime to just chill with friends, family, my boyfriend and Bella is super important to me, so that is an absolute must. Hopefully I’ll find a good balance, and it definitely helps that I have the best job in the world, and most of what I do is just a blast anyways.

Today I’m joining the other students for ‘fadderuken‘ again, you know, the 24/7 drinking-bonanza I told you about. I can’t wait to see my group again! Have a great day you guys♥♥
