Every season I have one uniform – an outfit that I know works, and that I can just throw on if I’m headed to the store, meeting a friend or running errands.. I hate trying to figure out what to wear when I’m stressed, so I always like to have one outfit that just works. This fall this is my go-to outfit. The teddy coat is so warm and comfy, I could move into these jeans, the boots are so comfortable and the sweater is perfectly loose and warm.

One can never get enough fall coats, and as I sold almost all of my old ones on the pop up shop back in March, I’ve ordered a few new ones with a clean conscience. This checked one was too adorable to resist, I think it’s so cute! It can totally make an outfit with that gorgeous pattern. I matched it with my new checked skirt, I just love that pattern.

This is a prewritten post, but I know myself well enough to know exactly what I’m doing right now. Here’s what’s going down with 98% certainty: I just woke up, and my first thought is ‘What the hell happened last night??‘. I look beside me, and there the gorgeous Annette is snoozing. No sleepover was planned, but knowing us I just know that she ended up sleeping over at my hotel room. I laugh of all the funny things that happened last night when the next thought strikes me; ‘Fuck, I’m meeting Britney Spears in a few hours!!‘. I’m most definitely no longer happy with the outfit I picked out for the event, and regret deeply that I didn’t bring any luggage and outfit options. I look in the mirror and see a puffy, hungover face, and regret the last few glasses of wine with the girls. Then Annette wakes up, and I forget all worries and she joins in on laughing of everything that was said and done last night. There you have it, haha. 

Oh, and today is my sister’s birthday! Happiest of birthdays to my beloved big sis, my best friend, my partner in crime for the last 24 years, and to one of the most amazing women I know♥

Sometimes when I order clothes online I’m so disappointed, but sometimes I’m so positively surprised! I just love it when the pieces I order are even prettier in real life than what I thought they would be, which is the case for this coat and bag. I definitely don’t think they look like budget pieces, but they in fact are.

Other than pretty new wardrobe pieces, I’ve spent the morning packing for Oslo, which went surprisingly fast. I’ll only be there for 24 hours, and all I’ll bring is a purse! I won’t even bring my computer as I won’t have any time to blog anyways, so now I thought I’d put together a few blogposts which will come out when I’m there. Tonight a girls night with Lene and Annette is on the menu, which I’ve been looking forward to for weeks. We’ll of course celebrate the huge news that Lene has designed her own line for Bik Bok, I can’t wait to see the collection! So proud of that girl♥ Tomorrow we’ll meet Britney Spears at her Change lingerie launch, which totally hasn’t dawned on me. I, like everyone else, was the biggest Britney-fan growing up, so seeing her in real life will be so fun. I’ll tell you all about it once I come home!

Bonsoir ma chéries! I’m exhausted after a long school day, with way too much information for my brain to handle, hah. I was starving the whole day, so it was so perfect timing that my boyfriend decided to cook dinner ready for me when I came home! That only happens about once a year, haha, so his timing skills were impeccable. I’m actually ready for bed right about now, I’ve been so tired all day, and I have to get up super early tomorrow to take Bella to the vet. Poor baby has an ear infection, so she’s running around shaking her head like she’s on a heavy metal concert or something. 

Today’s look was all about comfort and keeping warm in this crispy cool fall air. It’s so weird to think about that exactly one week ago I wore a thin denim shirt and no jacket to school, and today I had to pile on the wool to keep warm. Fall is really coming for us! I also found my old ‘Bonjour’ watch from Asos which I haven’t worn on ages, I think it’s so cool.

-Yesterday’s look in Oslo-

Hi lovers! I’m home from an amazing couple of days in Oslo, and even though the rain is pouring down here in Bergen it’s so good to be home with my puppy and boyfriend who I always miss so much when I’m traveling. Fall has really arrived in Bergen, but to be honest, I’ve kinda missed rainy days. At least once in a while! Now I’m just gonna cuddle with Bella and chillax for a few hours, before tonight will be spent with my bestie Amalie and her adorable little kid. What are you guys up to today?♥

Good morning from The Thief in Oslo! I’m currently chilling in the world’s most comfy bed, with a super soft robe and sipping on ice cold sparkling water, while enjoying the view through my floor-to-ceiling window over Tjuvholmen. What a magical morning! Oslo has been absolutely amazing so far, I’ve had a blast! I had so much fun at last night’s event at Strømmen Storsenter, and it was so nice to meet everyone who came. And as always, I loved hanging out with my girls Annette, Ulrikke, Ingrid and Benedicthe. I’ll share lots of snapshots from my day later, right now I’m heading down to try the breakfast I hear The Thief is famous for. 

I have a little problem though. I thought I would be busy all day today, but suddenly my day has opened up, and I don’t have any plans until tonight. My initial thought was to just walk around in the shopping streets, but to be honest, I’m so tired of it. It’s the only thing I ever do when I have free time in Oslo, I never see more of the city. So I thought maybe you guys would have some tips for me as to what I can spend my day doing? I’ve been wanting to visit the Astrup Fearnley museum, so maybe I’ll put that on my list. If you have any good tips, bring them on!!

Oh, and to the dress. Isn’t this the cutest thing ever? I’ve been dying to find a dress just like this after spotting the gorgeous Kristina in her Chloé dress here. After seeing the $1800 price tag I obviously had to forget about it, and this week I finally found a lookalike at BikBok. It’s longer than it appears on the photos, I belted it and pulled it up a bit. I love it!!

Good morning sweets! It was so nice to wake up with no hangover this morning. Today accounting work is on the menu for me, which is the most boring thing I know. It’s so nice to just get it done though, and not have it hanging over me. This was my look for a date in the sun with Julia last week, and I wore my new Modstöm coat for the first time. Isn’t it perfect? I know that Walk-In Closet Oslo have it, if you want to get your hands on it. Other than my pretty new coat, all I can look at at these pictures is my frizzy hair. It’s been breaking so much lately, and no matter how much hair spray I apply those little hairs always stand straight up and to the sides. I hate it! This skirt from Fall Winter Spring Summer was just love at first sight. I had totally forgotten about this old top from Asos, and when I tried them on together I noticed that they were the perfect match! The color is the exact same, it almost looks like a set. Yay! This was my look for school earlier this week, and it’s definitely not the last you’ll see of this skirt. Right now I’m probably sleeping in from last night’s birthday bash, this is a prewritten post. I hate the idea of you girls visiting my blog and there’s not a new post up! Good morning sunshines! Okay, so first of all, I’ve never taken outfit pictures this early!! I got up at 3am yesterday, and these pics were taken in Copenhagen before 8am! I of course didn’t sleep more than two hours before getting up, which isn’t the best way to start a day of traveling and lots on the schedule. It ended up being an incredibly fun day though! In Copenhagen I met up with my lovely friends Annette and Lene, and together flew to Gothenburg, where we spent the day with my favorite online store Nelly.com and a bunch of amazing bloggers. I’ll share a photo diary of our day later, right now I have a plane to catch. My next destination is Oslo, and tonight it’s time for new festivities when the ‘Årets Brillemodell’ finale kicks off tonight. I’ll present the ‘Selected by Cath’ glasses that you can soon find in Specsavers stores nationwide, along with my fellow Specsavers ambassadors Ulrikke, Kristina and Espen. I can’t wait! 

Oh, and to the outfit. You know those days where you look at your outfit in the mirror, do cute poses and it’s looking pretty good, then you go out and realize that it wasn’t really that cute? Well, that was me yesterday, hah. I love this kimono, and I saw a picture of someone wearing this exact one with jeans and a tee on Pinterest, and decided to copy it. Fun fact about flowy kimonos; They can make you look about 300kg heavier from the wrong angles, haha. Oh well, who cares, only the top fashion bloggers in Scandinavia saw me. No biggie.

The search for the perfect fall coat is over, I’ve found it! This coat is so cozy, and I adore the color. I wanted it just a tad oversized so I have it in size M. I can’t wait for colder days, and wear this jacket with a huge scarf wrapped around my neck! I got so many compliments on this coat while wearing it, which is extra fun when it’s actually very budget friendly. Yay! Now it’s time for my birthday dinner, I hope you’re all enjoying the day♥
