Good morning lovelies♥ After a night of no sleep and a yummy breakfast, I’m off to Stavanger for the day. We have meetings all day, and hopefully we’ll have time and energy to explore Stavanger by night later. Any fun places we should visit if we’re going out? I’ve never been there, and I can’t wait. It looks like such a beautiful city.

No matter how much in a rush I am, I always try to make time for a long breakfast. Coffee, Vogue, Instagram and of course food, is such a fabulous combination. I love an easy transition from sleep to starting the work day, and a long breakfast does it for me. This is what I’m always eating for breakfast by the way; Avocado with cottage cheese and sea salt. Many of my friends have tried it, and no one likes it besides me, haha. I think it’s super yummy, and it fills me up for hours. I always try to eat an avocado a day, that fruit works wonders for your skin and health. It’s always nerve-wracking when I’m making breakfast though, as those darn avocados go bad so quickly. Even though I’ve googled every trick there is to find out when the avocado is perfect, I never seem to get the hang of it. Either they’re hard as stone, or turning brown when I open them up, and on very rare occasions they’re perfect. On those occasions I do a little victory dance, no joke.

I’m not bringing my computer to Stavanger, as I’ll have no time to blog anyway, but don’t panic. I have of course prepared blogposts which will come out throughout the day. Have a lovely day you guys, and don’t forget: Smile and be happy♥

  2. You have to try the steak house “Big Horn Steak House”. The bearnaise sauce is AMAZING and so is the steak! Go down to the harbour and look at the beautiful cruisers :-) There is a huge church somewhere neath the harbour which is BEAUTUFUL! Love Stavanger! :-)

  3. Haha love the part about avocado, I have the exact same problem!
    There is like a five minute period where they are perfect!
    Really hope for some scientists to have a breakthrough as to when an avocado is perfect haha.

  8. Så gøy! Kos deg i Stavanger, her skinner i alle fall solen!
    Håper dere finner noe kos å gjøre på kvelden, det finnes mange bra steder å sjekke ut. Fargegaten er jo koselig både om dagen og på kvelden, ellers vet jeg ikke helt, det er så mye å velge mellom :)

    Hvis dere skal ut å spise eller ta noen drinker jeg Salza, fantastisk mat. Alt fra burgere til 3/5 retters menyer. God peiling på vin og drinker har de også. :)
    De har nattklubb i 2.etasje; Ittepå. Hvis dere vil ta den helt ut

  12. Haha! Har de på akkurat samme måte med avokado.
    Lille jenta mi på 8 mnd får avokado til kvelds hver dag, så jeg kjøper mye avokado.. Uheldigvis er den ofte dårlig allerede samme dag som jeg har kjøpt den :
    Var nettopp i australia i 2 uker.. Gleden var stor da avokadoen der smakte kjempegodt, var store å fine, og kunne ligge åpen i kjøleskapet i flere dager uten å bil dårlig! Hadde til og med en liten “avokado saver”.. Hendig liten sak som faktisk funker:p
