Salsa Y Salsa

12 Comments | Fashion

Last night I went out to a birthday dinner for my super duper wonderful friend Lisa, and her girlfriends. It was super nice, and the food was delish! I looove mexican food!! The staff on the other hand, were totally useless.. My throat was soo sore and dry, so I was dying for some water.. I asked three different people, but my water never showed up. An hour later, right before we were ready to go, all three of them showed up at the same time with water for me.. And this was a small restaurant.. And they had the nerves to include a 20% tips on my check.. Not going back there!! Or, I probably will, because the chicken quesedillas were to die for.. But I’m bringing my own water!!

It’s amazing how you can bond and become soo close with someone on such a short amount of time, but I just looove Lisa!!! We’ll definitely be friends forever, and I can’t wait to come to Florida to visit her!!!

Haha, I know, I love Mexican food and it’s salty so a lot of water is a must, they say ‘the third time’s the charm’ but not there I guess, haha. A cynic would suggest it’s a conspiracy to subtly get you to order expensive drinks to quench the growing thirst, but then a margarita with a salt-rimmed glass would just make it worse, haha. Yeah that’s BS when there is ‘gratuity included’ because then the staff is off the hook to do well, and really doesn’t incentivize good service then.
Well at least the food was good, coulda been worse.
You should totally visit Florida in the winter, when it’s lovely that time of year
