Hi sweetiepies♥ First of all, thank you so much for the quotes you shared! I loved reading through them, keep ’em coming :) I just got back from a mountain hike with Bella, my energy is totally back after last week’s parties, traveling and events, and it feels so good. I gotta tell you, I don’t know how all these jet set fashion people do it! Traveling to new destinations every day, going out and whatever it is they do.. Today’s look is super simple, I matched my rosette sweater from Ebay with a new lace skirt from Topshop.
Today when I was hiking it dawned on me that I never eat fish unless my mom serves it on our family dinners, or I’m out eating sushi. I know I should eat fish three times a week, so I stopped by the store and bought cod on my way home. The cod wasn’t all that, it was one of those things you just pop in the oven with finished sauce and everything. But what I wanted to show you was the cauliflower puree, which is sooo good! Sometimes I just make it on its own, it’s so incredibly yummy and so filling. I suck at taking pretty food pictures, I know this doesn’t look appetizing at all, haha. I guess the problem is that I’m always so hungry when I’m supposed to take pictures of the food, so I just want to start digging in right away.
Cauliflower puree works perfectly with everything in my opinion, whether you’re having fish, meat or whatever. This is my way of making it: Start by frying chopped onion and garlic in a casserole, and when they’re nice and blank add cauliflower bouquets and enough water so that everything’s covered. Boil them until they’re soft and remove the water. Add cream, butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg and some cheese if you’d like, and mix it well with a hand mixer. I usually use parmesan, but today I used cheddar and it was divine. As always, I make more than we eat and keep the rest in the fridge. What I usually do with the leftovers is just adding water, boil it up and voila, I have a yummy cauliflower soup. You have to try it!!
Now I’m off for a date night with Ulrikke, wishing everyone a fab evening♥

Veldig godt!
