It was a zombie version of me that entered the hair salon this morning, five minutes late with coffee and Pepsi Max in hand. I know I have no reason to complain, but seriously, Bergen is getting a little too hot! I didn’t sleep for a second last night, I just turned and rolled and turned and rolled. Bah! Feeling more tired than ever, nothing fit me better than a morning of pampering. Rune at Digg Hair Studio gave me lots of highlights, I wanted to become a touch blonder now for summer. We also cut it a bit, and I got a few new products; Power Spray and Smoothing Balm from Joico. Lately my hair has gotten really static and frizzy, and these products are perfect for that. As always, I’m so happy with the result! Rune is the best hair dresser in Bergen, for sure. In addition to fresh blonde locks, I also got a new set of eyelash extensions last night. Talk about a full makeover! I’ve become completely addicted to lash extensions, I feel so naked without them. I tried a new place yesterday, Hanne’s Hudpleie og Velvære, and I’m so happy with the result. I told her that I wanted pretty long and dramatic lashes, which is exactly what I got. I love them! Hanne only charges 900kr for a full set of lashes (the normal price is around 1600kr), and she was quick, nice and thorough. I definitely warmely recommend her. Now the blonder hair, longer lashes and I are ready for a weekend full of fun. In a bit Celin is arriving in Bergen, and I can’t wait to catch up over dinner and drinks well into the night.
