This picture says it all..

I’m so beat! But a good beat! In fact, a wonderfully fabulous beat!! I feel like I have so much energy, but at the same time I feel like I’ve been hit by a truck. I’m not making any sense.

. . .

Anyways, the lesson with the personal trainer was so fun, effective and eye opening! The time flew by, and she taught me so much. One thing I realized very quickly, is that every time I’ve felt like I’ve really given my all at the gym, I haven’t even been close. When she showed me how to do all the exercises properly, it was  just a whole new deal. Little adjustments here and there make the workout so incredibly much better, and I would never have known exactly how to do it without my fabulous trainer Caroline standing by my side. I definitely recommend everyone to make the investment, even if it’s just for a couple of times, so that you’ll learn how to do everything properly.

When it comes to my own shape.. I don’t think it was horrible.. I gave it my all, and I actually think it went very well. But one thing I definitely need to work on is my lower back. So annoying when I’m doing exercises that has nothing to do with my back, and then I’m like “hold on, hold on, my back is killing me!” haha I feel like a 90 year old.. But it’s good to have something to work on :) And something I didn’t quite get the hold of was suspension training (slyngetrening). That didn’t work out so well.. at all.. But again, a lot of improvement potential!! :)

I was thinking of maybe setting up a Q&A with my PT, where you can ask her questions, and she’ll guide you and help you. Would that be fun? :)

My work out motivation..? Get bigger biceps than my boyfriend!

I’m very confident that it won’t be a problem.. And don’t even ask how I took this picture, hah..

    Jeg lurer på en ting: Det virker ikke som at bildene i NYCkategorien virker… På de tre første innleggene virker det, men ikke på flere! Hvor bodde du i NY?

    Det er såå irriterende med bildene :/ Noe skjedde når bloggen byttet plattform til Modette. Men de jobber med saken har jeg fått beskjed om :) Jeg bodde på The Markle!

    Mestringsfølelsen man får når man har trent hardt er helt fantastisk! Hvor lenge varer en økt med personlig trener, forresten?
