Hi angels! Sorry for the late blogpost, I actually just got home. I’ve had such a lovely day! It started with pampering at Digg, the best hair salon in Bergen. As I wrote earlier I wanted to do a big change today, but apparently it would take several hours to do so I have to wait until I get back from Tokyo. I can’t wait though, I think it’s gonna look so pretty and perfect for fall! So today Rune just did my roots, then added a champagne color all over my hair. He was like “Should we go for champagne?” and I was like “Yes please!! I’m always up for champagne, how luxurious!!”. Turned out he was talking about the hair color though, haha. Here he is, the magic worker himself, and a very happy Cath..

After the hair appointment I headed over to Beauty London for a manicure. After fixing my cuticles and filing my nails to a square shape (I think that looks so chic!), she applied a special nail polish called Gelish, which lasts for four whole weeks! So awesome to not having to deal with flaky nail polish just the day after I apply it myself, which always happens. The color is so pretty, and my nails are soo shiny now!

Doesn’t it look pretty? She finished the manicure by adding an oil on my fingers by the way, that’s why they look so greasy, haha. After doing my nails I met up with Amalie for dinner and a little shopping. I felt a little embarrassed ordering this as I wrote in the Q&A a few days ago that I never cheat on my LCHF diet when I’m in Bergen. Suddenly it was 6pm, and I realized that I hadn’t eaten since 9am. I was sooo hungry, so this ended up being today’s dinner. YUM!!

Such a lovely and girly day! It seriously felt so good. I’ve been feeling so un-fresh lately, and even avoided mirrors as I just haven’t wanted to see the reflection (you know those periods), so this day felt so good! Yes, superficial as hell, but I definitely feel fresher now, and thus happier. And you guys know by now how important it is to me to feel happy! Right now I’m about to finish off this superficial day with some self tanning. It’s super hot in Tokyo, and we’re leaving tomorrow morning (wiiii), which means that I’ll be wearing summer clothing for the next week. So some tan is very welcome!
