I’m having the best time here at One Ocean Resort, even though I haven’t even been outside yet. Can’t wait to check out the pool area, the beach, and the area around the hotel. I slept in this morning as I was so beat from the trip, and had to catch up on some work, but tomorrow I’ll hopefully get lots of time to explore before the wedding. Lisa’s friend is picking me up in an hour for the rehearsal in church and the rehearsal dinner which will be at a country club. I’m really excited, and also a bit nervous as I don’t know anyone. Everyone here is so nice though, so I’m sure it’ll be fine. Yesterday, a sweet woman I met at the airport even offered to drive me all the way to my hotel, even though she lived in a different city! So nice. My hotel room is gorgeous, very light, bright and beachy.
