I often get questions on my photography, so I just have to share my latest addition to my camera collection! Just to be clear, I got this camera for free, but I’m writing this just because I want to, this isn’t an ad. Just so you know. So anywho, WHO knew that a compact camera could be this freakin’ fantastic? Seriously, Annette and I have been in awe over the pictures we’ve snapped with our new Olympus Pen ever since we got it. We got a 45mm lens in addition to the standard one, which creates super sharp images with blurry backgrounds. You know the outfit post I posted earlier today? All the pictures in that post was snapped with this camera, isn’t that crazy? I LOVE this camera! The picture in this post is of course also shot with this camera, and I can’t get over that this kind of quality can come from a compact camera. 

Other than that, it’s amazing with all its high tech features. By just clicking a few buttons, I get all the pictures from the camera up on my iPhone, and I can select all the pictures I want to import to my phone and for instance post to Instagram. So cool! In addition to that, you can use your phone as a self timer control, and actually see yourself through the camera lens ON your phone. I have no idea how it’s possible, but it’s so great for bloggers like myself or just other people who like to take selfies, hah. 

This camera will probably take over as my camera of choice, over my big and expensive one!! Seriously, the quality is almost just as good, and it’s so much smaller and lighter. And the fact that I can send pics straight to my phone is so great. At the magazine shoot yesterday the photographer actually used this exact camera, and the pictures turned out ah-mazing. If anyone of you are in the market for a new camera, I woud definitely look into this one! You won’t regret it♥

  3. This sounds very interesting. How much did you pay for this camera? I need to buy myself one which is good but not too expencive and not too big, so this one sounds great. And beside camera, all your pictures look so great. You can have the greatest camera but if you don’t have “an eye” for the moment it is worthless. Kisses dear Cathy! :) :**

  4. Høres veldig kjekt ut. Liker veldig funksjonen med å overføre til mobil. Jeg har selv et kamera med denne wifi løsningen, men det fungerer ikke så godt i praksis. Så hvis dette kamera er raskt er det sikkert en god investering. Uansett er jo dette en add, dere er jo sponset for en tur, kamera etc. så dette er nok per def kjøpt og betalt ,sett fra skattemyndighetenes side :)

  6. Alle bildene fra København er tatt med dette kameraet, har fortsatt veldig mange bilder å legge ut :) Jeg er så fornøyd med det!! Hvis du vil kjøpe det MÅ du kjøpe 45mm-linsen i tillegg, det er den jeg har brukt på nesten alle bildene :)

  7. Kan ikke anbefale dette nok altså. Alle bildene fra Køben er tatt med dette, og med automatiske innstillinger.. Jeg kommer ikke over hvor bra det er :O

  8. Dette er kjemperaskt! Jeg har wifi-funksjonen på et annet kamera jeg også som jeg syns var litt tungvint. Men på dette får jeg opp alle bildene fra kameraet på mobilen, klikker på de jeg vil importere, og det hele er gjort på et par sekunder. Helt genialt :)

    Ja, det kan godt være. Poenget mitt var ihvertfall at anbefalingen kommer fordi jeg selv ville legge den ut, jeg har ingen avtale om å skrive om dette kameraet og et eget innlegg var heller ikke forventet. Det kom rett og slett fordi jeg syns det var så vanvittig bra :)
