I’ve completely forgotten to tell you guys about the fabulous restaurant where Ulrikke and I had our “good bye dinner” before she left the city. It’s called Balthazar, and is a really popular restaurant in New York. What I loved about it, was that all the people there were typical New Yorkers. You know; super stressed but friendly and successful business people.. The vibe was chilled but exclusive, and definitely a must when visiting the city! You’ll find it at 80 Spring Street.
