Good morning lovebugs♥ We’ve rised and shined, and we’re super ready for a new day! The rain was coming down so hard yesterday, but luckily I can see the sun coming up through our supah cool round window right now. I just can’t get over how cool this hotel is!! So anywho, since it was raining Bergen-style yesterday we spent the day in Soho shopping, before we went to the movies and saw Spring Breakers. Perfect activities on a rainy day! We both want to limit the shopping to one day, it’s just such a shame to spend so much time inside stores when there’s so many cool things to see in this city. Now that the shopping day is over with, I’m so ready to show Fride New York! Today I think I’ll take her to Central Park, 5th avenue, a quick stop by Time’s Square and just walk around uptown. I’m excited!
I didn’t buy much yesterday, so proud of myself, haha. This is actually my favorite buy, the sweater I’m wearing in the pictures. I’m such a sucker for comfy chilling clothes, and this super soft cutie became mine for only 24 dollars at Forever21. Gotta love that! I also bought a ton of makeup at Sephora as usual. I actually almost only buy new makeup when I’m in New York, so I allow myself to splurge a bit on new products while I’m here. Fun!
Now I need to change into something more New York-friendly, even though I’d love to wear this sweater all day. There’s so many chic people at this hotel, so I feel like I need to dress up just to walk through the lobby, haha. One of the most popular clubs in New York is located on the roof of our hotel, so we didn’t feel very cool when we came home last night looking like two drenched rats from all the rain and saw all the stylish New Yorkers ready to party. It didn’t help that we were in the elevator with a celeb either.. So anywho, need to get changed and get out to enjoy the city, have a lovely day everyone♥♥

You don’t wanna know how much you inspirate me. You are so lovely and you look always so good! I just want to be you hihi! Because of this post, I want to go so badly to New York. So I am making plans now with my girlfriend to go there in September! I wish you a really nice stay there and enjoy the trip! I hope you feel a little bit better now you are in your favourite city. Don’t make us to jealous with your new-buys from all those nice shops haha! Xx
