If there’s one thing Mondays usually require, it’s a little dose of inspiration for the week to come. I could look through photos like this forever, love them! My morning has consisted of accounting work, but luckily I have a fantastic day ahead of me. Ivan’s coming over for dinner, then we’re headed to my parent’s house where everyone will be gathered for the Brann match, then we’re headed back our my place for a movie night. And oh my God you guys, yesterday I booked tickets to South Africa!! Can’t wait to visit my best friend Tonje. There’s so many things I want to do, like go on safaris, go to Penguin Bay, visit Langa which is a poor township with lots of history, go on a whale safari ++. If anyone of you have been there, I would love to get some tips on what to do, and what not to do. Have a great day sweet readers <3

  5. Gled deg til Sør-Afrika, du kommer til å elske det!! Anbefaler å dra et sted hvor du kan dra på “lion walk”, en veldig fin opplevelse å være så nær løvene! Vanligvis må man være frivillig for å ha noe kontakt med dyra, men det er forskjellig fra sted til sted… Ligger noen bra steder ved Joburg, Pieterburg og i Limpopo regionen! Kos deg :)

  8. I just came back from working in Cape Town for a month. It’s beautiful. Tips: I climbed Table mountain way more fun. Took an 1 1/2 to do. Went with a group of a friend from works friends. They said its not safe to do alone or just two people better in group. I stayed in Cape Quarter. Loads of bars restaurants and nice shops there. Waterfront is good for shopping also and loads of restaurants. Go to Camps bay and watch sunset. Visit Cape Point and go in past Boulders beach to see Penguins on way. Drive right round coast on way back, the view is awesome. Visit a restaurant called Toads out that way such good food! You have to visit Buscuit Mill market on Saturday am so much good food and shops :) Also Greens market in Cape Town also good. Go see Bo-Kaap a beautiful street, great to take pics for blog on ;) Also if you love tea go to orgins, they have a great tea room at back. I ended up buying the tea set. There is a great little bar just along the round behind the Cape Quarter shops, sells clothes too very cute! Check out long street bar/clubs. Also Didn’t have time to go on bus tour but heard very good. Also visit vineyards also didn’t have time to do this but heard lots of fun. I hope one day I can go back again! Also be careful there as I got told not safe after dark.

  11. Cape town er helt fantastisk! Det er noen år siden jeg var der, men prøv shopping i små butikker øverst i Long street og dans deg svett på baren Joburg i samme gate. Vinsmaking i paarl eller andre steder rr også finfint. Og du som
    liker å gå i fjellet bør gå opp til table mointain eller lions head.

  15. Du kommer til å elske Sør-Afrika!! Vanligvis må man være frivillig for å ha nærkontakt med løver, men noen steder tilbyr “lion walks”, da får man gå tur med løvene mens de løper rundt deg og hopper og leker med hverandre – en fantastisk opplevelse! Det finnes noen bra parker ved Joburg, og noen i Limpopo regionen. Jeg er så misunnelig, savner Afrika og dyrene hver eneste dag! Kos deg masse!!
