Good morning lovies! My plan for the first Monday of 2015 was of course to work out, but it still feels like I’ve been run over by a trailer, so I think I need to wait a day or two. Seriously, I feel like I should be hospitalized, haha. I don’t start school until next week, so since I’m technically still on xmas break, this morning is super relaxed. Things will be so hectic from next week with school and travels, so this week I’m charging my batteries. Starting with this yummy breakfast salad I just ate!
Salad is one of the yummiest things I know, it’s so fresh and comfortably filling. In mine you’ll find lettuce, onion, avocado, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes and eggs, seasoned with olive oil, seasalt and peppermix. YUM! Reading Det Nye and drinking tea from my new favorite mug that I got for Christmas has also been a part of my morning, love it!
Now it’s time to start the day for reals though, and first up is doing my accounting work from the last two months. So boring! Have a good one sweets♥

Dear Cathy, the best way to treat sore muscles is the exercise. With practice we eliminate lactic acid from muscles and that way we free our muscles sore. I train Pilates 3x a week. To some this seems like an easy exercise, but believe me, it can be very difficult. Sometimes I get so sore muscles, and it passed me after the next intense training. I think it’s great decision you start to train. Keep going girl :) Kisses
