Aaand I’m off to London! I’ve been looking forward to this trip for so long. It’s a work trip, and on this trip we will take a major step towards finalizing our new project. We have a very long way to go though, but it’s all just a fun learning experience. This is going to be so interesting, challenging and fun. I’m taking my new bright pink suitcases which I got for Christmas with me, it’s our very first trip together, yay! I wanted a bright colored suitcase so that I could spot it easier at the airports. Very few things aggravates me, but people waiting for their suitcases at airports – what’s up with them? It’s like they left all their common curtesy on the plane, and there’s a total ‘survival of the fittest’ situation going on in front of the conveyor belt. What do you think, that Madonna’s gonna come out of there?? No, it’s just your suitcase, so it’s actually not necessary to stand 5cm from the conveyor belt. Keep your distance and wait for your suitcase with no pushing god damnit. Hah. With this pink one, I can stand far away form the crowd, and just make a run for it once I see bright pinkness on the belt. Score!!

Looking at these pics I notice three things by the way. Number one – The roses on my desk have seen better days. Number two – I need to stop posing right in front of the deer antlers, they look like they’re mine! Number three – I’m actually really happy with my new hair color. And I’ll throw a number four in there just for fun – I need to get a picture in my new frame. Soo anywho, I’m off now, and I’m actually not taking my computer or SLR camera with me. I’ll have absolutely no time to blog, and there’s no wifi in our room anyways. I’ll answer comments from my phone, and I’ve already made blogposts for the next few days to keep you entertained while I’m off being all business woman. I’m bringing my new Sony Nex camera though, so you can expect London snapshots on Friday. I’ll of course update Instagram too, so remember to follow me at @cathinthecity. Bye bye lovers♥

  8. Hi! I’ve been following your blog for a quite long time and I like it so much, it is very well-made. Your style is amazing, I love that you have your own style which you follow and you are not afraid of using sometimes more original clothes. And you are very pretty also :) But have fun in London, after reading your post I realize how much I miss traveling but luckily there is only few months left until my trip to France. Take care!xx

  24. OMG! Yes I totally agree!! I HATE people that hover over the bag carousel so nobody else can even see their suitcase coming. Back the f off!! Aaaargh! I get really aggressive and dig my elbows in and push them away when I see my bag. haha I also can’t understand people who need to be first on and first off the plane…

    Kjenner meg også sånn igjen hva angår bagasjehenting på flyplass – jeg tar alltid meg selv i å ta et ekstra skritt tilbake fra disse menneskene – av prinsipp og demonstrasjon – og skule olmt på dem. Og se – så klarte jeg likevel å se OG plukke opp bagasjen min fra båndet tidsnok – suckers! Haha. Skal sies at jeg også har en stor, rosa koffert, så den er lett og se;) Gled deg til lettere (dog dessverre ikke mindre irriterende) bagasjehenting!

  50. Tuusen takk :) jeg sverger til Tromborg sitt mineralpudder i fargen Sky, det gir superfin glød. Kjøpte akkurat en veldig bra ny foundation som gir glød også, kan blogge den når jeg kommer hjem :)

  57. Du er så fin :):) Skal ikke spørre hvor kåpen er fra, for det vet jeg, men hvilken størrelse tok du i den? Den er utsolgt alle steder så blir ebay-kjøp på meg nå, den er såå fin!!!
