Last Week’s Workouts

27 Comments | Fashion

As I understood a few weeks ago when I asked you, a lot of you wanted me to write about my workouts and diet etc. This is last week’s workout week. I would love to have completed at least one more spinning though, but the girl’s night out and the following hangover threw me for a little loop. I’ll try to do better this week! I have a spa day next week in Oslo which is gonna be my reward : )

I just got home from  a super hard spinning class at Sats, which ended up with me getting a sweaty man ass in the face. Don’t even ask how!!!

I want to ask you about “hair rings” or metal hairbins, where I could buy it, or is it comfortable ?

please, don’t continue with this :(
you were the only blogger that didn’t focus on what to eat, and how to excersice ect. That’s what I liked about this blog, that it wasn’t about staying thin and have a perfect body..
I hope you understand what I mean, It’s just my opinion.. :-/

Funker kjempebra!

I agree with Silje so much!
I’m so sick of all these blondie fashion bloggers wanting to get thinner, start dieting and excersice, and wanting to achieve an even more attractive body. It’s a really bad – and sad – phenomenon. The society needs good role models – smart girls – who don’t focus on how they look – but on who they are inside and what their passions are.

Of course it’s important to have a general good health, but that doesn’t mean you have to work out four times a week!!

Please, stay as you are, Cathrine, ’cause you’re really beautiful right now ;-)
A little more weight..? I would rather guess the opposite.. You look thin to me.. You look good, feminin and natural <3

Spinning is so hard, you will have toned legs and butt in no time (not that you actually need it!) I’m an aerobics fan.. If Sats have any classes definitely try it x

Thanks for your opinion! I think I got like a hundred different comments telling me that my readers really wanted to take part in my work out project! And it’s absolutely not all about getting thin!! I want to be fit. For example, I absolutely don’t have the confidence to wear a somewhat short dress without wearing black tights underneath.. I want to work out and get a more fit body, so that I’ll feel more comfortable, especially now that it’s getting hotter outside! I’ll probably post something once in a while about the project since I know a lot of my readers want to be updated on it, but I’ll definitely not do it too often : )

FLAUT!!

Completely agree with everything said above, you are beautiful :)
To maintain this kind of exercise however, what kinds of foods do you have? I know from working out my body does get more hungry!!! Haha
Just be interesting to know, and maybe even pass on some tips to eachother.

Dumme meg ;) One day I tell you, one day.. hihi.

    GO CATH:D

Oh I love your posts on workout and dieting. However, what about your diet this week? Do you plan meals ahead? :)

I think exercising is very important nowadays since we’re surrounded by processed food every day. And besides, not only does exercise make you feel better, but it is also good for the mind. Do keep on posting posts like this. Came across your blog yesterday and I lovelovelove it already. Keep up! :)

Hi Cath, I’m really interested of your workout and I think it’s a good idea to share tips! I also want to feel healthy and fit and I don’t want to be super thin, but I just feel more comfortable about doing some training and I guess almost everybody want to be a little bit more in form when spring/summer starts. This is normally and I really appreciate it that you share this with your readers! Please don’t stop it….
But I have a question, you finish this super hard workout this week, and I think this workout is a little bit too hard to retain a long time. But will you still make a workout after you finished this “project” or not? I think it’s more important to be continuous a long time than just have a workout for 2 weeks and stop it right after it…
It would be great if you still share your plans and habits or tips whit us!

    Greatings from Switzerland! :)
    mimi

BTW: You’re very beautiful and I think it makes you more symphatic that you’re not so thin as all the other bloggers, you’re not just focussed on what you eat and how you workout to be more thin… you’re very natural and I really cherish that.

Motiverende å lese like posts.
