It’s been a while since I’ve written about makeup, so I thought I’d share my eyebrow makeup routine as I got some questions on Instagram. Good eyebrows are so important for a good makeup result. It can give you a virtual facelift, and frame your eyes in such a flattering way.
I prefer big brows. I haven’t done a professional brow shaping in years, because I always think they make them way too thin. I like them big and bushy! I tweze a bit, but I try to keep them as natural as possible. So – to the step by step:
Step one
The frist thing I do is brush my eyebrows with the brush from Gosh. I brush them upwards and outwards. Then I draw a straight line from the inner corners of my brows and up to the arch with the pencil on the opposite side. The color matches my brows really well, which is so important.
Step two
Then I use the brush and eyeshadow from Mac, and start filling in the brows. I start at the lower side of my brows, and brush the color upwards. I think it’s important not to frame them too much, and this method gives a very natural look. I put more color on the outer corners of the brows, to enhance the arch.
Step three
The last step is brushing through the brows with a clear mascara, again upwards and outwards. This makes sure they stay in place all day. You could also use a regular brow brush and just spray some hairspray on it before brushing, but I really like this one from Tromborg.
That was it! It takes me like two minutes, and makes such a difference in my look. I always look much more awake after fixing my brows! Using an eyeshadow to fill in the brows is actually great, just make sure you get the right color. For a final touch you could put some shimmer under your brows, that always looks great. I prefer the one from DuWop in the color Champagne.

Enig med deg at øyenbryna er finest når de er større/tykkere, og ikke så smale :-) Kjempefine tips, så tusen takk :-)
