Hi again lovelies! So what I hoped was just a sore throat which would get better by drinking ridiculous amounts of tea turns out to be a bit more than that. I’ve stayed in bed all day with the worst headache, a sore throat, fever and an achy body. I don’t have the time or the patience to be sick! Especially now that I’ve done a lot of strength training lately, and I’ve just begun to see results, I don’t want to spend a week in bed with the flu and lose all the results I’ve worked so hard for. Luckily I work mostly from the computer, so I’ve answered a ton of emails and worked on the fashion show in between naps, and I’m crossing my fingers that I’ll be better tomorrow. Do you guys have any good get-well-rituals that help? If so, please share! While I’m stuck in bed, you guys can check out my latest Instapics. How adorable is the picture of Bella? Today is actually her birthday!! My little princess is now three years old, and I couldn’t imagine life without her. She’s simply the best, most adorable and funniest little furball and I love her to death! So happy birthday Bella♥ Have a great night you guys♥

    Drinking the juice straight from a citrus fruit is really good for a sore throat – it’s bitter, but it’ll help kill the illness!

    Få købt dig Echinea og drik det i vand 3 gange om dagen – det hjælper!
    + ingefær afkog det speeder up the healing. God bedring! :)

    Isn’t it typical to get sick when you least want to? (okay you never want to be sick) Try putting ginger in your tea, I actually think it tastes quite good :) D-vitamins can also be a good thing now after the summer when we don’t see the sun anymore, hehe. Get well soon!

    Varmt vann med sitron! Og ikke nøy deg med en skive skvis en god del av en delt sitron nedi-litt surt men syns det hjelper. Drikk masse vann!-for hver kopp te skal du egentlig drikke like mye vann! Jeg er nesten helt bra igjen fra det samme, men tok smertestillende 3 ganger om dagen og det samme med hostesaft i tre dager. God bedring og fortsett med å sove litt her og der på dagen. Pause fra skjerm er og lurt med vet det er vanskelig.

    Jeg har lenge tenkt på å få meg hund, og synes egentlig at en bichon havanais virker som ett godt valg. Men jeg lurer fremdeles på noen ting, så tenkte kanskje jeg kunne spørre deg! Hvordan er det å ta med Bella på joggetur? Og hvor ofte klipper du henne? Hun er så søt, virker som en fantastisk fin hund :)
    God bedring kjære deg, jeg synes alltid det hjelper å raspe ingefær,masse sitron og litt honning i en kopp med varmt vann:)

    Mitt beste tips er å drikke varmt vann med sitron og ingefær i. Putt en sitronskive oppi, og ingefær i små biter i f.eks en sånn tesil. Pleier å hjelpe veldig! God bedring :)

    Jeg kunne ikke tenkt meg å ha en annen rase en Bichon Havanais, elsker alt ved min skjønne lille koseklump :) Det blir alt etter hva man trener de opp til, men jeg tror ikke det er mange havanaiser som holder ut en lang joggetur. Bella hadde ikke klart det ihvertfall, men jeg har jo ikke løpt noe med henne. Mamma er med i en løpegruppe hvor en av damene alltid har med havanaisen sin, så det er absolutt muligheter for det :) Vi klipper henne bare ved behov, en gang hver tredje-fjerde mnd kanskje :) De får floker så utrolig lett, så enten må du klippe ofte, ellerså må du børste pelsen hver dag. Vi syns egentlig hun er søtest med kort hår, og slipper timevis med børsting :) Takk for tips :)
