Sorry if my blog is a drag now that I’m in Oslo by the way, my days are packed with both business and pleasure, and there’s not much time left to blog. Yesterday we went lunching and shopping right after my meeting, and I can’t even tell you how nice it feels to spend time with my best friend again. Finally! As we live in different cities and Tonje travels so much we don’t get to see each other nearly enough. The evening was spent with our wonderful friends Cynthia, Kristin and Tonje D, I made the low carb pizza and they all loved it, yay! Have any of you tried it yet?
I was seriously panicking yesterday when I didn’t find anything for Costume Awards at Zara, I figured that was a safe bet. Luckily we stopped by H&M, because I found both a dress and a jacket to wear, yay! The trip to Zara wasn’t a total miss though, I found this pretty sweater and a few more things..

Hei :) Måtte ta en pause før jul, så dukket det plutselig opp så mange ting i januar at det rett og slett ikke passet å bruke det. Man ser jo helt jævlig ut når det pågår ;p Begynner enten på igjen til våren, ellers kan man bruke produktene et par ganger i uken istedenfor hver dag, så kanskje jeg gjør det :) Da blir det ikke så ille. Men vanskelig å si om jeg anbefaler det enda, brukte det bare i to uker :/

I tried the low-carb-pizza-recipe , but it went not so well as i was hoping . But mabye it was the fault of the translator because i couldn’t find a clearly translation for psyllium husk into german … Is it normal that the dough is still soft when it comes out of the oven ?

The psyllium husk is the most important ingredient, it won’t work without it :(
