Finally in the city, yay! Yesterday’s travel took way longer than expected, and after 18 hours of traveling I fell asleep without even intending to. I was supposed to go out and greet my city with open arms like I usually do immediately when I get here, but then it was suddenly morning. Oops! Oh well, now I’m rested and super ready to give this NY greeting another shot. One of the things that took forever yesterday was the passport control, as you have to answer lots of questions before you can leave the airport.. Here’s some of our conversation, and picture him being super serious and almost angry looking. They’re always so scary, those passport controllers..
Him: What do you do for a living?
Me: I’m a fashion blogger
Him: No, that’s not a job
Me: Umm, yes..
Him: Cath in the city?
Me: How did you know that?!?! :O
Him: I know everything. Did you just get a new iPhone cover?
Me: Umm, yes..
Him: Did you just dye your hair?
Me: Yes
Him: Are you famous in Norway?
Me: Umm, I don’t think so…
Him: If you walked down a street in Oslo, would people recognize you?
Me: Giggling, as I thought he was joking..
Him: This is not a joke!!!!! Answer the question!
And the conversation went on and on, asking me about the content of my blog! Haha, I did not expect that! Oh well, maybe I have a new reader now, yay! Right now I’ll probably jump in a taxi and go back to my old neighborhood, as that’s my favorite part of NY. So many cool memories there! I don’t really have any plans for the day, but I have a feeling my bank account aint gonna be pleased at the end of the day, haha. Talk to you later, have a good one♥
I dont know how he could be angry face with you ://
anyway,have fun <3

hei, Cath! What’s the name of you old neighborhood? I’m going to NY city in 2 weeks and it’s nice to know another beautiful place to visit! And yes, if passport guys look angry when they look at a Norwegian pass, picture them interviewing me and my Brazilian pass… :/ Luckly I always make it though! :)
Have fun!
