Hi lovebugs♥ Our time here in our summer paradise has come to an end. My boyfriend and I had booked a flight home to Bergen tomorrow, but the weather is absolutely horrible today, so we all decided to go home today. We’re joining my parents on a road trip back to Bergen, which is a drive I’m not very excited for, it’s so long!! Our time here has been so incredible though, the best week of the summer for sure! So much fun time with the fam, yummy food, relaxation and simple living, it has been so good! In exactly a week from today we’re off to Japan, so a week home will be good too though.

Yesterday was one of the best days in ages! I’m so incredibly happy at the moment, I’m about to burst!! I had a lovely lunch meeting with my mom’s cousin and his girlfriend Ingrid, who are such successful entrepreneurs. Their latest business venture is a line of high end art scarfs, in 100% high quality soft silk called Schim Jolie. Ingrid is a photographer, so they have printed some of her photos on gorgeous silk scarfs, that can be worn in a gazillion different ways. I asked them out to lunch to pick their brain a little, as they’ve been entrepreneurs for so long I figured they might be able to give me some good advice on me and Celin’s new project. And man, did I get advice!! Not only advice, they set me up with their best contacts in the business, which I never would’ve been able to find on my own!! Huge challenges that Celin and I had set a deadline to Christmas time to figure out, they helped us figure out over lunch!! How amazing, and not to mention indescribably kind of them!! I’ll be forever grateful! I called Celin immediately after the lunch, and I was so excited that it felt like I was drunk!! I wasn’t able to form a decent sentence because of all the excitement, haha. On the phone, Celin shared some wonderful news regarding my collaboration pieces with Moo, which made me even happier!! Life, you guys, it can be pretty damn amazing!!

After the lunch we visited family at Strai, which is always a pleasure. I never leave my mom’s aunt’s farm before a round or two on the swings, which fit my overly happy mood perfectly!

I was wearing a dress and cardigan from Bik Bok (both pieces are old).

Now we’re about to start the long drive home, which means I’ll have lots of hours to make more plans for our project. I can’t wait to share everything with you guys!! Have a wonderful weekend♥♥

  2. Så gøy med dette nye prosjektet! Er skikkelig glad på dine vegne jeg altså. Og jeg unner deg det VELDIG. Håper resten går like glatt herfra, kan nesten ikke vente med å se hva dere har funnet på :-D

  9. Oi, nå føler jeg at jeg kommenterer på alle innleggene dine, men jeg er SÅ glad på dine vegner! Jeg gleder meg utrolig mye til å endelig se prosjektet og tror det blir knallbra! Du er en flott jente som virkelig fortjener alt det beste! :)

    Jeg har selv endel problemer nå med en av mine “samarbeidspartnere” da hun plutselig krever mer enn det som er kontraktfestet og truer meg med noen viktige papirer jeg må ha av henne. Så vær forsiktig, lag en god og sikker kontrakt, selv om alt virker kjempebra nå, så kan det plutselig gå rett til h**** som med meg. Men jeg har stått sterkt på saken min da, så jeg tror jeg er i ferd med å vinne den. :)
