Yesterday we checked out the Golden Gate Bridge, which is such a cool sight. Talk about iconic! It’s one of the most photographed things on earth, with good reason. First we headed to the official viewing points, which was completely covered with tourists and it was impossible to get a good shot. I didn’t think the angle was very good either (the second last picture was taken there), so we got creative. We drove down to the yatch club below the bridge, and suddenly we had magic views to the bridge all to ourselves. Not a single tourist in sight! So that’s definitely something I would recommend, just drive or ride your bikes over the bridge, and continue down on the right side, then you’ll find the spot we shot from.
I also got to test my new camera lens a bit, which I just bought a few days ago. I can’t wait to experiment more with it! Some of you have asked me to do another post with photo tips by the way, which I of course will if many of you want me to. Let me know!
Now we’re sadly on our way home. We have more than 24 hours of traveling ahead of us, and after less than one day home we’re off again. I can’t believe how fast these three weeks have gone by!
Hei!
