Dinner Tips//Sashimi

Well, sashimi-ish at least. Sushi is one of the big loves of my life, but it’s just so time consuming cooking all the rice. Since yesterday was all about taking care of Bella, change beddings after her accident, trips to the pet store for medication etc, I didn’t really have energy to cook a big dinner. The result was a sashimi slash canapé-ish dish, which was really yummy and super healthy. I just used what I had in the fridge, so Salma salmon, an avocado, toothpicks and soy sauce had to do the trick. If I only had sesame seeds, wasabi and chopsticks, it would’ve been perfect. But it was pretty darn good.

I found a package with diced Salma salmon, which made the whole thing way easier, plus cheaper as it was portion sized. I just sliced the bites in half, so it probably doesn’t look very fancy, but I didn’t mind at all.

By the way, do you guys remember to drink enough water during the day? You may have noticed the lime in my glass of water, I’m just obsessed with that right now. I always have lots of ice cubes in my freezer plus fresh limes and a huge mug of ice cold water in my fridge. When you just make it a bit more luxurious drinking your daily two liters of water shouldn’t be a problem at all. So that’s two tips for ya, let me know what you think if you decide to try it :)

    Det der er noe av det beste jeg vet :D Fare for at det blir middagen her i morgen, hehe. Laks og avokado<3
    Pleier å ha et par frosne jordbær i vannet mitt, synes det er så godt! Så tiner bærene etterhvert, og gir fra seg mer og mer smak.

    Vann med lime og isbiter er superyummy! Her i London har jeg funnet verdens beste vann med smak though, appelsin og fersken, så det drikker jeg dagen lang :) ikke feil det heller.

    Du burde prøve vann med isbiter og ingefær også, det er SUPERGODT :D Synes jeg hvertfall!

    Jammen er du flink frøken! Ettersom jeg ikke er noe glad i rå fisk skal jeg prøve dette med kyllingbiter i stedet :) Mmm..

    Jeg prøvde å lage sushi med salmalaks en gang, med ris og hele pakka. Det endte med altfor store laksebiter og altfor smuldrete ris! :p Din versjon der ser jo kjempegod ut :D

    Ser nydelig ut! Tidligere glemte jeg ofte å drikke vann i løpet av arbeidsdagen, men det endret seg veldig da jeg investerte i en fin drikkeflaske! Fin å ha stående ved datamaskinen, og drikkingen går på autopilot så lenge det er vann i flasken. Litt som med fint treningstøy – mye morsommere å trene da :-)

    Det er alltid inspirerende å klikke seg inn her når man mangler litt inspirasjon – enten det gjelder mat, trening eller hva man skal ha på seg. Du er kjempeflink! :-)

    Nam! :D Det så kjempegodt ut! Liker at du er sunn på en “bra måte” :) Jeg er på utveksling i NZ for tiden, og her er det masse billig sushi, så jeg spiser sushi med laks og avokado hver dag, kjempesunt!
