Dinner Tips

Good morning love bugs. I thought I’d tips you about one of my favorite dinners. This one was made super quickly, I usually use fresh vegetables, but yesterday frozen ones had to do. Super yummy anyway! So the dinner is wok, my fave! I usually make it tons of different ways, by using different wok sauces, adding nuts (peanut, cashews ++), and serving it with either noodles, wraps or rice. My favorite frozen mix is the one called “Chinese”. All you need is a veggie mix, two chicken filets and whatever you want to serve it with. Yesterday I served it with wraps, sour cream and shredded cheese, and I added peanuts in the wok for an extra flavor.


Super easy, cheap and not to mention quick to make! Perfect for these remodeling days :) And it’s super healthy too, which is always a plus.

    Det så lettvint og godt ut. Hver gang jeg lager wok, blir det vassent og slapt, men din så fresh og crispy ut. Hva er hemmeligheten? Lurt med nøtter i, liksom prikken over i-en.

    Åh, det glemte jeg helt å skrive!! Når du bruker frosne grønnsaker, sørg for å steke de i minst to omganger! Hvis du steker alle grønnsakene på en gang blir de kokt i steden for stekt.. :)
