Protein Pancakes

Yummy!!! This was so good. And super healthy!

You need: 5 eggs, cottage cheese, oatmeal and a little milk

Mix three egg whites, two whole eggs, 1/3 of a cottage cheese box, a little oatmeal and a little milk, preferably with a mix master.

Then you just do the rest like you do with normal pancakes! Super easy!

Sooo yummy!

They’re supposed to be just as good if you make them as waffles! Mmmm..
