Hello lovelies! Sorry for the late update, it’s been a hectic day! Suddenly I have lots of travels coming up in the next months, and I’m so excited! I’ve been booking and planning and emailing like crazy tonight, this is gonna be fun! As you know we went to the fabric store today, and I got soo much fabric for dresses I’m planning to make when I have time. Since I have several travels coming up in the next few months, I decided to make a makeup bag. To challenge myself, I wanted to see how budget friendly I could do it. I just finished it, and guess how much this makeup bag cost in total?

The fabric – around 7kr // The zipper – 12kr!! Isn’t that cray?? I thought it was really cute, I love the stars on it! It’s also super easy to make.

What do you think girls? Cute and budget friendly – a fabulous combo in my opinion!

You know how I’ve been sewing a lot this month, but I haven’t been able to show you what I’ve been making? Now I can finally show you. I’ve made eleven makeup bags which I gave to friends and family for Christmas! Initially I wanted to make twelve, so that I could give out one to one of my sweet readers, but I’m so tired of making the same thing now, haha. I thought they came out pretty cute :)

Getting the zipper pretty can be quite difficult, and I’m such a perfectionist, so I’ve had to throw out several makeup bags as I didn’t think the result was pretty enough, haha. I think I’ve gotten the hang of it now though, just takes some practice :)

I also made a few black ones. It looks gray on the picture, but it’s black in real life..

Is this something you would like for a giveaway? Right now I can’t stand the thought of making another one, but if a lot of you want me to do a giveaway I have no choice. So speak up if you want me to do that!

Other than that, we just came home from the Christmas lunch, and we’re headed right back out to dinner with my family, even though I’m so full that all I want to do is to hire people to rub my belly all night, haha. I love love love Christmas and all the yummy food, but I’m excited to go back to normal healthy eating soon.. Have a great evening lovelies♥♥
