Makeup Tips

As you all know (or at least should know), you should always apply some bronzer to your neck and chest if your face is bronzed. You don’t want a tan face and a pale neck, that’s not pretty. But never use the same brush when applying bronzer to your neck and chest, as you do when you’re applying it to your face. Your body has completely different oils and even lotion leftovers on your neck and chest, which will travel with your brush and on to your face. This could cause breakouts without you even knowing it. So – always use different brushes : )

How To Get My Hairstyles

Since so many of you wanted me to make a “how to” on the bun and the pony tail yesterday, I of course did. Your wish is my command..

The weird thingy that I pull my hair with is from Glitter. At 29kr it’s a bit pricey, but I consider it an investment. The comb and bow is from H&M : )

Beauty Interview

The super sweet Luna Anette did a beauty interview with me. Check it out here :)

Btw: The interview is on the front page of Femelle (love Femelle). Now everyone knows that I’ve sported the world’s most unflattering hair style as a child. Oh well.

How To Get The Carrie Bun

I just ordered something funny from Ebay. . .

No, it’s not a donut. I don’t miss NY that much. It’s a funny thing my sweet friend Mona showed me. You apply it around a pony tail, wrap your hair around it, lock it with the pins and voila, you have a bun à la Carrie. You can even order different sizes, depending on how big you want your bun to be. I can’t wait to try a messy updo the next time I’m going out : ) It was only like 40kr including shipping : ) Just search for hair bun on Ebay.

Skin Care Sunday

Am I the only one who uses Sundays as spa days? It was so good to get home to my skin care, as I didn’t bring it with me to NY. Here’s the best of the best:

Active Moist, Intensive Moisture Mask and Special Cleansing Gel from Dermalogica, Face and Body Scrub from MD Formulations and body lotion from Biotherm <3

Btw: Everyone should check out Luisa and Jeanette’s blogs. They’re the sweetest girls, and always comment so much. Love you!!

The easiest way of getting wavy hair

This is a method I’ve been using for years. Here’s how you do it:

Start out with loose hair..

..grab all of your hair, and hold it straight up in the air..

..hah, what a funny picture.. Anyways, then you twirl it around, from the bottom to the end..

..lol, another funny pic.. When you’ve twirled all of your hair, make it into a “bun”..

..then you place a hair band around it..

..sleep with your hair like this, and when you wake up, your hair will look like this..

I do this almost every night. So easy, and only takes about a minute : )
