After a summer with mostly pink nails, I’m back to my favorite; Black. I’m a sucker for contrasts, and I think the black nails and my blonde hair work so well together. The nail polish I used was the color Licorice from Essie. While applying it I remembered the funny quote from Olivia Palermo I read in an interview, when asked why her nails are always red now, when they always used to be black earlier. Haha, I just love her.
I wear lots of dark nail polishes that appear black, but none are actually black. You should try No More Film or Stylenomics; both Essie polishes.
