Time for birthday bash pics! As I mentioned in my previous post, we spent the night at Clarion Hotel Bergen Airport. I can’t believe we were lucky enough to get to celebrate in this amazing suite. It had two floors, and the decor was so amazing! Check it out..
This is seriously like my dream apartment.. I wonder if they’ll let me move in there!
They had set the table to beautifully for us.. What a luxury!
Champagne and birthday wishes from the hotel awaited me when I got there. Thank you so much!!
The second floor consisted of a bedroom and a huge bathroom. I don’t think I’ve ever slept as good as I did in that bed!
Before the girls got there the chef came up with amazing chocolates and a huge fruit platter. All the chocolates were homemade by the chef, and I’ve never tasted anything better!!
YUM!! And look how delicate it looks.. I was seriously speechless once I saw this!

..which really came in handy as I made mojitos for the girls. Yum yum!

Once the chef came in with the dinner, we all were completely speechless. I mean, look at this amazing tapas!! Spring rolls, soft shell crab, meatballs, foccacia, caesar salad, salmon, spanish cheese, sweet potatoes and spanish ham was on the menu, and it was all so delicious! We also got a homemade aioli and pesto, which was to die for. I think it must have been the best meal I’ve ever had! I’m getting a watery mouth just thinking about it..
We all ate until we physically couldn’t get even one more bite down, haha. Sooo good!
The dessert was insane!! Chocolate fondant with homemade vanilla ice cream, the best there is! You can’t even imagine how yummy it was!!
A very very happy birthday kid. As you can probably understand from looking at the pictures, I was completely stunned by everything; The suite, the food and the incredibly sweet staff. We felt so welcome, and the people who work there went out of their way to make our night as perfect as possible. I can’t thank you enough!!
I got so many amazing gifts from the sweetest girls I know, thank you my loves!♥
After finishing the amazing dinner and dessert, we had lots of champagne and had so much fun. We were up all night talking and laughing, sharing crazy stories which make me laugh out loud even when I’m writing this, haha. There’s nothing more special than those late nights with the girls. The girls slept over and we had the best time! And I got the best surprise ever!! One of my closest friends Cynthia couldn’t make it to my birthday bash as she has moved to Copenhagen. The doorbell rang, and then suddenly there she was!! I was so happy I almost burst into tears. I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday celebration.
Again, I have to send Clarion Hotel Bergen Airport a big fat thank you♥ It was such an incredible night. The suite, the food, the dessert, the staff; Everything was beyond perfect!! A night I will never forget, that’s for sure!
