Amazing day!

2 Comments | New York 2010

Today was such an amazing day. It started out with getting a manicure in the Meatpacking District, then a lunch and shopping with the lovely Ulrikke, and then I hurried off to Brooklyn to meet a friend to catch the sunset over Manhattan from his rooftop terrace. After that we went to a bar in Williamsburg which was soo cosy, followed by some food and a walk over the Brooklyn Bridge which I really recommend doing by night. It was awesome. Life in New York is absolutely fabulous! I’ll show you all the pictures in the morning, right now I’m a little tipsy quite frankly, and need to sleep it off.

One of the pictures I took today. Beautiful New York <3

Hi Ellen : ) I will definitely make a post with lots of NY-tips! I just feel like I should be here a little bit longer before I make it, like maybe in a week, because I’ve only been here for one week, so I’ll have lots of more tips then. I also post tips regularly in the posts that start with a blue picture of NY with “new york tips” on it : )

It’s not scary at all! I feel much more safe here than in any other city! There are police officers on EVERY street corner and people are just so nice. It’s definitely not scary at all : )

I’ve made a few friends here in the residence, and then I met lots of Norwegian people on a Norwegian barbecue here. I need to make an effort to get to know more American people, but I guess that will come eventually : ) Meanwhile, I enjoy my own company : ) If you have any questions just shoot! : )

    Xo C
