I’ve just looked through all of my pictures from Africa, so many amazing memories.. The week went by so fast that I almost forgot all of the cool things we did, so pictures are gold. Here are some (a shitload) of pictures from the day we went to Boulders Beach/Penguin Bay. We started the day with a hike up Table Mountain, but I’ll share pictures of that tomorrow. Ah, I wanna go back!!

From our hotel suite in Camps Bay..

With our awesome driver. We had him the whole day, and he was just so amazing and told us so many interesting facts while we drove around. It became a little freaky when he started calling us to see how his ‘gals’ were doing though, not to mention the night he waited outside of our hotel to see if we came out and needed a ride. But for the most part, he was super sweet.

In Boulders Bay. I’ve posted all of the adorable penguin pictures already, but this is at the same spot :)

A gorgeous beach we drove past.. We were so lucky with the weather, as it was bad both the day before and the day after. Yay!

Doing jumping pictures with the self timer was fun, until we noticed a bunch of men taking pictures of us from the back. Haha.

On our way home a bunch of baboons came running on to the road! We stopped and took pictures of them for about a half hour, such cute animals! Baboons are actually the only wild animal in South Africa which can be dangerous to humans though, as they look at us as a food source. So doors locked and windows all the way up was the way to go. There were a bunch of villas there, and the people living there were so tired of baboons breaking into their houses, stealing all their food and making a huge mess, so outside each house there was a man with a paintball gun to keep the baboons away. Crazy!

On our way home, the sun started to set. This picture is taken through the car window, and it still turned out amazing. Crazy pretty light!

Our driver stopped anywhere we asked him to, so when I saw this sunset I just had stop for a little photo shoot. The colors in the sky were just beyond!!

The sun went down so fast, it was really cool to watch..

Puh, I think that’s about enough pictures for one blog post. I always feel pretty annoying when I bring my camera everywhere and take pictures of everything, but man, I’m glad I’m that annoying girl with her annoying camera, because I’ll have these photos to remember the trip by forever.   2. Awesome bilder! Fikk sykt lyst å dra dit selv. Forresten, jo flere bilder du legger ut desto bedre. Tror ikke noen synes det er irriterende. For min del må du bare legge ut en haug med bilder :)

Det ser ut som du har hatt det kjempe kjekt på tur, og det er jo det ferier er laget for:) Her for leden spurte du oss lesere om hva vi ønsket at du skulle skrive om, og jeg lurer på om du kan si noe om hvor i Bergen du shopper? Jeg bor og studerer i Bergen, og hadde syntes det var så kjekt om du kunne skrevet noe om dine favoritt butikker her?? Takk for fine innlegg, og ha en riktig god helg i all solen vi plutselig har fått!

  16. Hei Kristine :) Jeg shopper faktisk ikke så mye i Bergen, omtrent alt er på nett :/ Men jeg må alltid innom H&M Trend i fjerde etasje på Galleriet, finner alltid noe fint der. Går også innom Monki på galleriet, de har mye kult. Retro og vincci er også fantastisk om du tenker litt mer luksuriøs shopping :) Klem
