A Pink Breakfast Bowl

This morning I was in the mood for something sweet and fresh, and I ended up with this delicious pink smoothie bowl. I’m not a fan of recipes with like fifteen different ingredients, I like to keep it simple. All I had in this was three tbs of vanilla greek yoghurt, half a bag of frozen raspberries and half a banana. The other half of the banana I used on top, together with some fresh raspberries. I wish I had some of my homemade granola laying around for some extra crunch, maybe I’ll make that today! You seriously have to try that one, so delicious.

// Denne morgenen var jeg i humør for noe friskt og søtt, så jeg endte opp med denne himmelske rosa smoothie bowlen. Jeg er ikke noen fan av oppskrifter som krever typ 15 forskjellige ingredienser, jeg liker å holde det enkelt! Alt jeg hadde i denne var tre spiseskjeer gresk yoghurt med vaniljesmak, en halv pose frosne bringebær og en halv banan. Den andre halvparten av bananen hadde jeg oppå, sammen med friske bringebær. Jeg skulle gjerne hatt litt av min hjemmelagde granola på også for litt ekstra crunch, kanskje jeg skal lage det i dag. Dere må virkelig prøve den, den er så god!

Now a relaxing Saturday is on the menu for me. The rain is pouring down outside, so I’m gonna prepare some blogposts with Friends on the TV in the background. I’m really in a good smoothie period right now, so if you have any good recipes to share, I’d love to hear them♥

// Nå står en avslappende lørdag på menyen for meg. Regner hamrer på ruten, så jeg blir værende inne med dataen på fanget. Her skal jeg forberede litt blogginnlegg med favorittprogrammet Friends på i bakgrunnen. Jeg er virkelig inne i en smoothieperiode nå, så hvis dere har noen gode oppskrifter må dere gjerne dele dem♥

    Looks super delicious! And I like to keep it simple with my smoothies too, right now I’m sipping on one that has kale, apple and some berries in it :)

    Ananas, frosne skogsbær, naturell yoghurt og en plain granola (blendet i selve smoothien) er min go to frokost!
