Hi loves! Hope you’re all having a relaxing Sunday. We just took some pics of today’s look for my mom’s birthday dinner (Happy birthday mom, I love you!!), and I was gonna look through all the pics from Blog Awards and blog them in addition to the outfit. But you know what? It’s so sunny outside, and I feel the craziest urge to go for a run. This sunny weather is too nice, and too rare, to sit inside with my MacBook in my lap. You look beautiful today ( I mean, you always do,but especially today ;)).
I have a question: When exactly did you start eating all low carb? You mentioned several times in the past weeks (?!) that you are doing low carb now and I wonder how you feel about and with it …
I’m very interested in low carb nutrition and thinking about trying it myself … But first I want to do some research before I start such a drastic change in my eating habits …
I would be REALLY interested in how you’ve started the ‘change’ and how it’s been for you so far. I mean, it seems like it’s working, looks like you are in a really good shape these days (not that you haven’t been before, you have always been beautiful, but in an especially good shape ;) ).
I would be beyond happy if you did a post about your experience with low carb and how you incorporate it in your everyday life :)

Åh takk, så snill du er! Sunt kosthold rett og slett :) Jeg spiser lavkarbo, men ikke som en diett, som et kosthold. Jeg er helt frelst, tror aldri jeg kommer til å vende tilbake til et kosthold fullt av karbohydrater og sukker. Vil virkelig anbefale deg boken “Matrevolusjon”: http://www.lillemaane.no/bok/1120/Andreas+Eenfeldt/Matrevolusjonen. Utrolig mye interessant der! Syns det er viktig å sette seg skikkelig inn i kostholdet før man bytter over :)

Thank you sweetie :) I don’t think I’ll do a post on it, I don’t know it just doesn’t feel right. If people are curious, I think they should really read up on it before starting. I think it’s very important to know ‘everything’, not just stuff you find in articles online. I would get a book if I were you, I would recommend you several ones but every one I’ve read is by Norwegian authors :/
I started eating lowcarb once I came home from South Africa in September :) I absolutely love the low carb way of eating! I have much more energy, my blood sugar levels are stable all through the day, I feel happier and healthier, sleep better etc. Read up on it!! :) Love
