Yesterday’s Look

Sweater: BikBok // Skirt: Zara // Bag: H&M // Booties: Notion 1.3

Yesterday’s look consisted of some new buys. The bag I’ve already shown you, the skirt is from Zara and the sweater must be the softest sweater I own!! I definitely need to get me another one in a different color, it’s so comfy, fluffy and soft.

Guess who shot this look yesterday by the way? The super sweet blogger Julia, who also just started at BI. We have classes together twice a week, so we’ve planned to shoot each other’s outfits and get lots of good blog material together after class every week. I can’t wait to find cool locations and get creative with her, she’s such a doll! Speaking of class, today the universe simply didn’t want me to make it to mine. First I overslept with a whole hour. When I finally woke up, I realized my voice was gone and my throat was so sore. I had to go to class though, so I rushed out of bed, jumped into a random outfit and headed for the light rail train. First the train stopped for 15 minutes at a random stop, for no reason whatsoever. Then when it finally started going again, everyone suddenly had to get off the train due to a technical error. At that point Julia and I were way too late to make it, so we decided to go tomorrow instead. Bah, what a crappy start to the day! Now my cousin Fride just arrived though, and we’re making hot chèvre salads (recipe here), so I think this evening is gonna be way better than my morning.

 I hope you’re all having a good one♥

Denim on Denim

I’m obsessed with the denim on denim look, and especially denim shirts, so obviously I fell head over heels in love with Nelly’s new campaign photos. I mean, how ridiculously chic are these looks? I loved them so much that I got to share the pics with you, I hope you think they are as stunning as I do. And guess what? The first look cost less than 500kr!! Needless to say, I’ve already clicked home both pieces. Enjoy the major outfit inspo while I head off to school♥

Bag On a Budget

Hi lovelies! I’m back from a super interesting day at school. I thought I would hate the economics class from the second the professor opened his mouth, but it turned out I actually thought it was interesting. ‘Fun’ would be pushing it, but interesting – absolutely! This is a really hard class and a lot of people fail the exam, so I really need to work consistently with this one and not fall behind.  Anywho, the point of this point wasn’t to bore you with school talk, it was of course something more fashion related than that. My new bag is what it’s all about! As I told you I have a p-e-r-f-e-c-t school bag on its way to me in the mail, but I wanted another one too, just to have something to vary with. This one fits all my stuff, and it was only 399kr! Of course with bags like these, you get what you pay for, so I don’t expect this bag to stay pretty for too long with all the heavy books I’ll be carrying. The other one is at a whole different quality level, I can’t wait to get it!! I thought I’d show you guys this one too though, as I think it’s a great budget find for other students out there. Or just people who regularly overpack their bags and needs tons of space.

Now I’m off to spend the night with my bestie Amalie. Since last week was all about festivities, I feel like I’ve been the worst friend and girlfriend, I haven’t had time for anyone. So now it’s time to make up for all that. I hope you’ve all had a wonderful day♥♥

White

Early fall is always when I find all my dark nail polishes, preferably black, dark burgundy and deep reds. Right now I’m obsessed with light white nails though, especially when matched with light grey knits. Such a harmonious combination, don’t you think? This one is from Essie, and you can find it here

Checked

Shirt: Sally & Circle (similar here) // Skirt: Here // Heels: Notion 1.3 (similar here) // Bag: Louis Vuitton (adlinks)

A huge favorite for fall is the checked shirt, especially this oversized one that almost looks like I’ve sneaked into my boyfriend’s closet and borrowed it. I’ve never been much of a shirt girl, but I think that’s about to change. I’m obsessed with denim shirts and checked shirts, and I saw a beautiful oversized white one on BikBok’s Instagram today that I have to see if I find. I’ll keep you updated on my quest to finding it, it looked p-e-r-f-e-c-t!

Other than that, I spent the morning at school today, which was fun. There was a presentation of the teachers, and everyone seemed so cool! The mayor of Bergen even came to speak, I LOVE that woman!! I walked right past her, and an awkward moment occured when I didn’t know whether to say hi or not. The last time I saw her we were the only two people dancing at Gullruten’s after party, and we had so much fun! After that we took tons of pics where we kissed each other on the cheeks, hahah. I ended up not saying hi though..

Now I’m off to buy some school supplies, yay! That’s always so fun, and I’m just as excited now as I was when I was seven. The perfect school bag is on its way to me too, so I’m super ready! Tomorrow it’s time for the first class, which is a super hard economy class. Well, at least I’ll have cute notebooks.. Tonight my boyfriend and I have a taco date, I haven’t seen him properly the last week because of all the festivities. I crave a super romantic night with tons of cuddles with him – which is exactly what I have in store tonight. YAY!

I hope you’ve all had a great day!♥

Decor Inspo

Pictures from Pinterest

Good morning loves! The first day of school is here, and I got up super early to enjoy a relaxing morning before I’m off. This is so exciting! While enjoying one too many cups of coffee I’ve been browsing Pinterest for decor inspiration, I always get so restless and want to change things up around here. There are so many incredibly gorgeous homes out there, I hope you like the inspo as much as I do. Have a fantastic day you guys, see you later! And good luck to everyone else who’s also starting school today, this is going to be so fun♥

This week’s lust list is all about fall basics. Now that I’m starting school, good basics are a huge must so that I don’t have to spend too much time figuring out what to wear in the mornings. That perfect pair of jeans, sneakers, flat boots, heeled boots, a good coat, a warm sweater.. Definitely important components when it comes to building a good wardrobe, and in this collage you can see some great alterntatives♥

Fun Times

I couldn’t have been happier with my group this week, we’ve had such a blast and all the girls are so amazing. Yesterday my camera came with me out, so I thought I’d share a few snapshots with you guys. How gorgeous are these girls?!

Such an amazing group of girls! Now I’m super excited to start studying though, I’m so eager to see what the classes and professors are like, and just what life as a student is all about in general.

Since I’ve been busy having fun with these girls all week, I’ve been so bad at shooting outfits and regular blog pics. I’ll try to get better from now on, thanks for having patience with me♥

Back To Normal

Hi lovelies! ‘Fadderuken’ is hereby completed, and I can’t even get over what an exhausting week it’s been. The craziest parties, followed by massive hangovers, followed by new parties.. And in addition to this I’ve been in Oslo and worked. Now I’m completely exhausted!! It’s been such a fun week though. I’ll admit, I was SUPER nervous before this week started, and I bet I wasn’t the only one. It turned out to be the most fun week ever, and I’ve met so many amazing people. Now it’s back to normal though, and I couldn’t be more excited about that. No alcohol, healthy food and power walks will feel SO good from now on!

Yesterday we started drinking again at 3pm, after being out all night the night before. This was my look, excuse the incredibly tired face..

We ended this week with a bang, because last night was cray cray! I took some pics which I’ll share with you later, right now I just have to head out for a power walk and get some fresh air, even though I’m not exactly in the best shape.

I hope you’ve all had a fun weekend♥

Lace & Leather

Dress: Dolce Vita // Jacket: H&M // Bag: Zara

Probably 80% of my wardrobe is black and white, which means that my new bag fits in just perfectly. A leather jacket combined with a lace dress is such a classic combo, and this bag just puts the cherry on the sundae in this look. I love that it’s actually hairy, it’s so cool! It gives me Proenza Schouler vibes, just at a fraction of the price.

Other than my pretty new bag, I just have to apologize for slow days here on the blog. This week has been c-r-a-z-y, with the wildest parties every day. It’s been so much fun, but I have to admit, I’m sort of glad today is the last day. I’m so eager to get started with school, and I cannot take one more day of drinking after today. I’m also so excited to find a good blog routine in combination with school, this is going to be a good fall! But first, the last party of ‘fadderuken’. Today it’s more classy, and we get to dress up, yay! My camera will come with me today, so I’ll share pics tomorrow. Have a great weekend dolls♥♥
